Instructions
Melt the butter in a large skillet and add the onion. Cook for 3 -4 minutes, until softened and translucent.
Add the water, milk, broccoli and both packages of Knorr Rice Sides Cheddar Broccoli. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer covered 7 minutes or until rice is tender.
Stir in the ham and then sprinkle the cheese on top.
Recover and allow to stand for 3 minutes.
Stir, serve and enjoy!
