1lbcod (can also use pollock, whiting or any white fish)- cut into 1-inch strips
3/4 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
1cupItalian seasoned bread crumbs
1cuppanko bread crumbs
1tspsalt
1/2 tspblack pepper
1tspgarlic powder

Instructions
Set the air fryer to 400º and preheat for 4 minutes.
Create a dreading station by adding the Hellmann's Mayonnaise to one bowl and the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and garlic powder to another bowl.
Dredge the fish strip into the mayonnaise and then dredge through the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to coat the fish entirely. Set aside on a parchment paper and repeat the process with all fish strips.
Spray the air fryer basket with a little cooking spray, arrange half of the prepared fish leaving space between each - do not overcrowd the basket. Cook for 5 minutes at 400º, flip and cook another 5 minutes. Repeat with the 2nd half.
Serve with ketchup or Hellmann's Spicy Mayonnaise.
