I could eat bacon with every meal and the one I am sharing today is one of my all-time favorite meals. My Bacon Wrapped Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs are ridiculously easy and so delicious! This is my go-to meal when I want something that’s fast and easy that I can make when it’s too hot to think about cooking inside.

It’s crazy simple to prepare and only requires a few ingredients. Grab a package of Smithfield Bacon, some chicken, fresh pineapple and some veggies. While I have a fantastic homemade teriyaki sauce that I make, when I am in a rush… the bottled sauce works like a champ. A little bit sweet and a little bit savory, this is the perfect meal to make any night of the week!

Bacon Wrapped Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients

6 oz Smithfield Bacon
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast - cut into chunks
1 fresh pineapple - cut into chunks
1 red bell pepper - cut into chunks
1 green bell pepper - cut into chunks
1 red onion - cut into chunks
1 cup teriyaki glaze

Instructions

Place the chicken into a bowl or zip top bag with 1/2 cup of teriyaki glaze. Place in the refrigerator and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cut the Smithfield Bacon strips in half then wrap around the chicken chunks.
Thread the wrapped chicken onto skewers alternating with the pineapple, bell pepper and onion chunks.
Heat a grill to medium high heat and cook for 3 -4 minutes per side, until charred and chicken is cooked through.
During the last 3 minutes, brush the kabobs with the remaining teriyaki glaze.
Remove from grill, serve and enjoy!
