  1. My husband, pretty much a meat and potato guy, absolutely loves these. He’s tried most of them already. I haven’t tried them yet but today I got the last 2 that were left on the shelf, both the Italian style. I’ll be enjoying one on my patio a little later tonight! Thanks for all you do!

    • Great minds think alike…I had an Italian Style as a late lunch today! If I had enough in my fridge, I’d see if I could talk my guys into having them for dinner but I’m down to only 2 salads left–tee hee!

  2. I just saw these for the first time today, had to have a guy show me where they were. They were just in a small area of the produce section. I was looking where the other salads are, which is near the deli in my store.

They were $3.99 so not such a good deal……obviously this sale missed us?? Or again, I’m lost as to which week this goes to, lol. I actually was looking all over for a salad that would be much larger. I’d like to try them sometime, but I’m thinking they are not going to be very filling, especially for my hubby for lunch and definitely not enough for us for a dinner. I’ll have to try to catch them on sale and try them out………..hubby could always take 2 of them to work!

I need to be able to clone myself so that my clone could just sit here and read every email, lol…….and she could keep up with the sales EVERY week and do all the work involved in hunting down coupons, and of course, do the actual shopping for me!

    • Haha, don’t we all wish we had a clone that kept our binders in order!

  3. These were on sale last week at Publix B1G1. Like you said $4.00 is too high but on sale they were $2.00 & I had a .50 coupon that doubled to $1.00 so that made them $1.00 each. I was surprised how much salad was in there when I opened it. It was plenty for one person and at $1.00 I couldn’t go wrong.

    • There’s no doubling of coupons here in North Florida and my store only accepts competitor’s coupons from Winn Dixie and personally I’ve NEVER seen store coupons for Winn Dixie. They make it really hard for Floridians to save on groceries. I wonder why that is??? hmmmmm…….

      • I use to live in Florida and if I remember correctly there was no state tax. The tax in my county is 10%! I’d take the no tax over the doubling any day. And the 2 main competitor coupons accepted around here are Winn Dixie and The Fresh Market. And I can’t tell you the last time I’ve seen a coupon for Winn Dixie.

        • In Duval County the tax is 7%. I’ve never heard of there NOT being a sales tax, lol. It used to be 7 1/2, but somewhere along the line the 1/2% got dropped.

  4. FYI, these are now BOGO at Winn Dixie this week.

    • WD also has .75/1 blinkies for these salads.

      • There probably won’t be any when I get there. I very seldom see all these special coupons like that…….someone must always clean them out.

    • I just saw that!! Gives me a chance to try them! YAH and they are the same price. Winn Dixie is a LOT more expensive than other stores for most items, so I don’t shop there a lot unless they have some meat items that I need and are sale.
