Ingredients

4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup Hellmann’s® Real Mayonnaise
3 packed cups freshly grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
4 oz jar pimientos, drained and finely chopped
1 tsp. finely grated onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder - optional

Method

Place cream cheese in a microwaveable bowl and heat for 20 seconds on HIGH to soften. Add Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise and whisk until mixture is well blended and smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.
Serve with crackers, vegetables or as a sandwich spread. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
