Chipotle Chicken Avocado Sandwich

Cook Time 10 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices about ¼ inch thick sour dough or other rustic bread
  • 3 Tbsp Hellmann’s® Chipotle Mayonnaise Dressing
  • 3 oz. leftover cooked chicken or turkey
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 oz. sliced Monterey Jack cheese

Method
 

  1. Evenly spread 2 Tbsp. of the Hellmann’s® Chipotle Mayonnaise Dressing on the inside of both slices of bread. Fill sandwich with chicken, avocado, tomato, and cheese. Evenly divide and spread remaining 1 Tbsp. of the Chipotle Mayonnaise Dressing onto the outside of each bread slice.
  2. Place sandwich in a non-stick skillet and cook over medium heat, occasionally gently pressing, about 4 minutes per side, or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
