Free Chicken Salad eCookbook

I am making my shopping list and menu for next week and ran across a great new eCookbook that is fabulous!!  ‘Summer Fun: 19 Wonderful Chicken Salad Recipes’ eCookbook has lots of great recipes!  I am going to make the Mexican Chicken Salad for dinner this week…it sounds SO yummy!!

Many of you may remember that I don’t do mayonnaise so I rarely ever do any chicken salad recipes as most of them require mayo as a main ingredient!!  I was so thrilled to find a couple in this eCookbook that are mayo free!!   I will make the Mexican Chicken Salad this week and I also want to try the Cheing Mai Chicken Salad but I will need a few ingredients first.
