Passionate Penny Pincher Recipes

Laurie over at Passionate Penny Pincher has her recipes posted for the week. I have not made stuffed bell peppers in a few weeks…I think I will add them to my menu for next week! I also have not made Rice Krispy Treats in quite a while. I just found a bag of marshmallows hiding in my pantry so I think these will be a great treat for everyone this week!
