Grilled Vidalia Onion Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Vidalia Onions - Sliced thick
  • 2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Breton Crackers
  • chives - for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Grill the Vidalia Onion slices over medium high heat until lightly charred and softened. Allow to cool.
  • Chop the grilled onions and add to a bowl with the remaining ingredients. Mix to combine.
  • Taste and season with additional salt as needed.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least two hours.
  • Garnish with chopped chives and serve with plenty of Breton Crackers.
