Preheat oven to 350°. Line your muffin tins with cupcake liners.
Beat cake mix, pumpkin, Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, eggs and pumpkin pie spice in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed, scraping sides occasionally, 2 minutes.
Scoop into the prepared cupcake liners.
Bake 23 - 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool on wire rack until completely cooled. Frost with your favorite cream cheese or vanilla frosting.
