Kickin' Chicken Pinwheels

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry -thawed
  • 10 oz canned chicken breast - drained
  • 1/4 cup Hellmann's Spicy Mayonnaise
  • 4 oz cream cheese - softened
  • 1/2 cup Coly Jack cheese - shredded
  • 4 pieces bacon - cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 2 green onions - chopped

Instructions
 

  • Unfold the pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and roll out until even.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to a medium bowl and stir to combine.
  • Spread the mixture on the prepared pastry sheet to 1/2 inch from the edge.
  • Starting at the long side, roll up like a jelly roll.
  • Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400º F.
  • Using a serrated knife (or string), cut the pastry crosswise into 18 (1/2-inch) slices.  Place the slices, cut-side down, onto 2 baking sheets.
  • Bake for 15 - 20 minutes, until golden.
  • Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes then serve with additional Hellmann's Spicy Mayonnaise, if desired.
