1 tbspGrillo's pickle brine(juice from pickle container)
2tbspmayonnaise
1/2cupseasoned panko bread crumbs
1clovegarlic -minced
FOR SERVING
4buns
4ozcrumbled bleu cheese
tomatoes-sliced
Grillo's Pickle Chips
onionssliced
lettuce or arugula
mayonnaise, mustard or preferred burger condiment
Instructions
In a medium bowl, add the ground chicken, onion. pickle brine, mayonnaise, bread crumbs and garlic. Using your hands, gently mix the ingredients until combine- taking care not to overwork.
Form into 4 equal size patties and place on wax or parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium high heat and cook for 4 - 5 minutes per side until cooked through and internal temperature is at least 165F.
Dress the bottom bun with mayo then add lettuce, tomatoes and a cooked burger patty. Sprinkle an ounce of bleu cheese crumbles over the burger, add Grillo's Pickle Chips and the top bun. Serve and enjoy!
