Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Brush the peach wedges with olive oil and place on the hot grill.
Grill for 2 - 3 minutes per side, until lightly charred.
Layer the grilled peached on a bed of salad greens and top with the pomegranate arils, red onion, chopped pecans, blueberries and Castello® Blue Cheese.
Drizzle with lemon vinaigrette and serve.
