Creamy Garlic Shells With Chicken, Artichokes & Spinach

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg Knorr Creamy Garlic Shells
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 4 oz baby spinach
  • 8 oz artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
  • 4 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp cherry tomatoes, halved
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add the spinach and cook for 1 - 2 minutes, until spinach is wilted.
  • Stir in the water, milk and Knorr Creamy Garlic Shells and bring to a simmer.
  • Cook for about 11 minutes, until pasta is softened.
  • Sir in the chicken and artichokes and cook an additional minute, until heated through.
  • Remove from heat and add the tomatoes, lemon zest and season with black pepper to taste.
  • Serve and enjoy.
