- halved lengthwise with seeds and membrane removed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375º F.
Add all ingredients (except bell peppers) to a large bowl and mix to combine.
Spoon the filling into the bell peppers and place in a large casserole dish.
Bake for 25 minutes, until the peppers are tender. Serve immediately.
