Keto-Friendly Sausage Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
  

  • 13 oz pkg Kiolbassa Jalapeño Beef Smoked Sausage - cut into bite-sized cubed
  • 2 cups steamed cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese - shredded
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cilantro - chopped
  • 4 large bell peppers - halved lengthwise with seeds and membrane removed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375º F.
  • Add all ingredients (except bell peppers) to a large bowl and mix to combine.
  • Spoon the filling into the bell peppers and place in a large casserole dish.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, until the peppers are tender. Serve immediately.
