Ingredients

FISH

  • 1.5 lbs fish - cod, tilapia or mahi mahi are my favorites
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder - minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • pinch cayenne
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 16 corn tortillas

TOPPINGS

  • thinly sliced red onion
  • thinly sliced red cabbage
  • chopped avocado
  • chopped tomatoes
  • fresh chopped cilantro
  • Hellmann's Cilantro Lime Drizzle Sauce
  • fresh lime wedges

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375ยบ F.
  • Add the cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and cayenne to a small bowl and mix to combine.
  • Sprinkle the mixture over the fish (both sides) and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Drizzle with the olive oil then bake for 18 - 20 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork. You may need to increase time depending on the thickness of the fish fillets.
  • While the fish cooks, heat the tortillas on a grill or pan until warned and lightly charred.
  • Assemble the tacos by placing small pieces of fish on each tortilla. Top with the cabbage, onions, avocado, tomatoes and cilantro. Generously drizzle Hellmann's Lime Cilantro Sauce over top and serve with lime wedges.
