Turtle Ice Cream Terrine

Ingredients

Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
- softened

cup
caramel sauce
1/3
cup
pecans
- roughly chopped
1/3
cup
chocolate turtles candy
- roughly chopped + additional for garnish
Instructions
Line a 1.5 quart loaf pan with plastic wrap allowing about a 1-inch overhang (to help with easy removal of the frozen dessert).
Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter and then evenly press into the bottom of the prepared loaf pan
Mix 1/3 cup of chopped turtles candy into the Breyers Natural Vanilla Ice Cream then spread half of the mixture over the prepared cookie crust.
Pour the caramel sauce on top then add the remaining ice cream.
Use a spatula to spread until even. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze at least 8 hours.
Dip the loaf pan into hot water for 5 - 10 seconds and pull the dessert from the pan using the plastic wrap overhang.
Top with additional chopped turtles candy, slice and serve immediately!
Promptly return any remaining dessert to the freezer until ready to enjoy.
Notes
Tip - dip your knife in warm water and then dry before slicing. The warm metal will help slice through the frozen treat.
