Cheesy Chicken & Spinach Vidalia Onion Braid

  • 1 8 oz container Roots Vidalia & Onion Dip & Spread
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 8 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  1. Preheat oven to 400º F.
  2. Place the first four ingredients in a large bowl and mix to combine.
  3. Roll out the dough onto parchment paper (or Silpat).
  4. Imagine the dough as three equal parts. Spread the chicken mixture down the middle section and cut the sides of the dough into strips, leaving the middle intact.
  5. Crisscross the dough strips over the filling and tuck the ends.
  6. Move the braid to a baking sheet and bake in a 400º F oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown.
