Grasshopper Ice Cream Pie Squares

  • 30 chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1 quart Breyers Non-Dairy Mint Chocolate Chip Frozen Dessert, softened slightly
  1. Mix the crushed cookies with the melted coconut oil and press into the bottom of an 8x8" glass dish.
  2. Freeze the crust for 5 - 10 minutes, until set.
  3. Evenly spread the Breyers Non-Dairy Mint Chocolate Chip Frozen Dessert over the cookie crust and freeze for 1 hour, or until set.
TIP: For easy serving, dip the dish into about an inch of hot water for 30 seconds. Then when it's time to cut the squares, dip your knife into a little hot water and wipe away the water before cutting.
