1 package Knorr Ready To Heat Chicken & Herbs Flavored Long Grain Rice
1 oz feta, crumbled
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup dried cranberries
¼ cup arugula
2 tablespoons pepitas
1 green onion, sliced
¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
olive oil, if desired
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat the Knorr Rice according to directions.
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss to combine.
Drizzle with olive oil if desired and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve and enjoy.
