Harvest Chicken Salad

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • ½ cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Maille Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup celery, chopped
  • 1 granny smith apple, cored and diced
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries or cherries
  • 1 cup grapes, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon toasted walnuts or pecans
  • salt & pepper to taste
  1. Add the chicken to a large bowl with the onions, apple, cranberries, grapes and nuts.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, dijon mustard and lemon juice until combined.
  3. Gently fold the mayo mixture into the chicken mixture to evenly coat all ingredients.
  4. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
