Ginger Riced Veggies

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
  • 1 bag Green Giant® Riced Veggies Red Lentil, Green Pea, Chickpea Trio
  • 2½ cups chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • green onion, sliced
Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a medium skillet.
  2. Add the ginger and cook for 1 - 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the broth, sugar and salt then stir in the Green Giant® Riced Veggies Red Lentil, Green Pea, Chickpea Trio.
  4. Bring to a boil and cook uncovered for 9 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid is absorbed.
  5. Remove from heat, cover and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
  6. Fluff and serve topped with green onion.
