Quick Meatballs with Mushroom Gravy

Serves: 4 - 6
  • 1½ tbsp butter
  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp corn starch
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 18 oz Cooked Perfect All Natural Homestyle Meatballs
  • Cooked rice for serving
  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet.
  2. Add the onions and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes until tender.
  3. Whisk the cornstarch with the beef broth and then add to the skillet.
  4. Add the Worcestershire sauce and stir over medium high heat.
  5. Add the meatballs and allow to simmer, stirring often. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes or until the meatballs are heated through and the gravy has thickened.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve over cooked rice,
