Italian Chopped Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
  • Flatout 5 Grain Flax
  • 1 cup Romaine Lettuce
  • ½ cup Shredded cabbage (or coleslaw mix)
  • 1 tablespoon Red onion
  • 1 tablespoon Cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon Feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Kalamata olives
  • 2 oz Deli meat - salami, capicola, prosciutto, ham...whatever you like
  • 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
Instructions
  1. Pile all ingredients (except dressing) on a chopping board.
  2. Chop everything until all ingredients are small bite sized pieces.
  3. Toss with the dressing and serve piled on Flatout 5 Grain Flax Flatbread.
