Shepherd's Pie Crostini
  • 26 oz. bag of Cooked Perfect Italian Style Meatballs
  • Mashed Potatoes
  • French bread loaf, sliced
  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • Gravy
  • Chives, chopped
  1. Bake meatballs according to package instructions and keep warm.
  2. Generously butter crostini slices with an even coating and bake until crispy golden brown.
  3. Spoon 1½ tablespoons of mashed potatoes onto each crostini slice.
  4. Press one meatball into each mashed potato scoop.
  5. To finish, simply top with gravy and garnish with chive.
