Watermelon & Chicken Salad

  • 6 ounces Grilled & Ready® Fully Cooked Refrigerated Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast
  • ½ cup Wish-Bone® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 1 cup fresh arugula
  • 16 ounces cubed fresh watermelon
  • 8 ounces cubed feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  1. Place arugula on large platter.
  2. Arrange watermelon, feta and chicken in a checkerboard pattern on top.
  3. Drizzle with Wish-Bone® Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing.
  4. Finish with thyme and add fresh cracked pepper (if desired).
