A new year is just around the corner and it’s time to start thinking about your goals and resolutions for 2022!

Each year, I try to come up with financial, personal and wellness goals. But the key to success in my world is breaking them down into small, more manageable goals. So instead of a big goal to save money… I challenge myself to save an extra $20 each week. And instead of just “getting more organized”… I make a goals to clean one room from top to bottom each week or organize a closet per month. With defined goals that are super specific, I find that I am much more successful.

But sticking to my wellness goals is definitely the biggest challenge for me. I start off great but then gradually things start to slide. I get busy and start skipping my walks. Then the excuses to make bad choices seem to come much more often, until I am back into the same old rut.

When I am organized, I make better choices. So this year my resolution is not to get organized—but instead, it’s to STAY organized. Planning my menus each week and sticking to my shopping list makes it easier for me to stay on track. Having the foods that I enjoy on hand means that I am much more likely to make those good choices all day long.

Luckily Publix makes it easy to stay on track. With lots of tasty option, I can get everything I need to make good choices from morning until night. There are even coupons to help me get what I need plus enjoy big savings. Take this big $2 Dole® and Halo Top coupon for example!
