A nice BLT is one of my favorite ways to eat bacon, especially right now while tomatoes are still fresh out of the gardens. I am also partial to bacon wrapped anything. Most recently (this past weekend) I made bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers, Perfect football watching food.

Our favorite things with bacon are, first of all, breakfast, second, BLT’s, and third (at least for me) is quiche! You could cover all three meals for one day, lol

I Spread cream cheese on one inch squares of bread and wrap with partially cooked half slices of bacon and then place on a baking sheet and finish in the oven for 10-15 minutes until crisp to make delicious appetizers. yummy!!

Betty Crocker’s Easy Chicken and Garden Veggies is my bacon dinner go to. Start by browning your chicken in the bacon grease, then sprinkle cooked bacon pieces over finished chicken, green beans, tomatoes and yellow peppers…..Yum!

I cut up slices of bacon in small one inch pieces (use scissors) and fry til crispy. Great in salads. On top of pizza. Add to potatoes. Mix in omelets. And really just about anything. So good.
