This is a great deal, but on Coupon Marketplace it says that the Colgate Coupon for 1/17 is .50/1, and it expires on 1/30. It states on the coupon only 4 can be used in 1 visit. Also, it shows other toothpastes in the picture and not the MAXfresh and my Publix’s won’t take it because Maxfresh is not in the picture even though it say “any” on it.
Coupon amounts will vary…but the $0.50/1 coupon will yield the exact same deal.
The picture is of no consequence…that is like saying you can only buy that one flavor of Juicy Juice shown on a coupon when they have 10+ others. Go by the wording—not the pic.
Sounds like you should speak to Customer Service/a Supervisor, or Manager. I have not heard of any Publix not willing to SCAN a coupon that isn’t expired and see if the system accepts it (which it should no problem here) regardless of what’s in the pic. Your last resort should be the Store Manager, but I doubt you’ll have to go that high up their management food chain. Sounds just like some rogue cashier making up rules – every more reason to speak to a Supervisor, so that person can be retrained.
I understand but when they see the coupon is limit 4 like ones I’d rather have the $1.00/2 than the .50/1 as my stores around me are VERY strict. Most of the cashiers don’t know the rules and I ALWAYS have to explain it to them. I sometimes joke and and ask them if they want me to give classes to their cashiers. My stores look over coupons like they are trying to get credit for “catching a thief”. I’m serious. I have friends I teach how to coupon shop and they don’t like to be embarrassed or “called attention to” like they are doing something wrong.
Please help. I have been to 5 different Publix’s in my area and none of them have the $4.00 coupon. Whenre can I get it so I can do this deal ??
