are we able to double up with digital coupons somehow? I don’t see how it would be possible.
Reminder–folks in half price BOGO only have to buy one. That’s why the deal is listed “As low as $2.90 after coupon…$4.02 each with true BOGO.”
There is also a $2.25/1 coupon on Coupons.com, so that should allow those of us in true bogo land to also get these for $2.90!
That is a great deal…I don’t seem to have that coupon–But a great option for those who have it!
This product is terrible because it uses IMITATION mozzarella cheese instead of real cheese; check the ingredients.
The manufacturer is super duper cheap and who wants imitation cheese? Yuck – you couldn’t pay me to eat it!
Sorry for being such a negative Nancy! I really appreciate Michelle and this site and love most of the products…I used to buy Totino’s too, until I saw that ingredient change. Thank you Michelle for a wonderful site and post – was just trying to spread knowledge :)
Matty–I really appreciate you coming back to clarify your comment. That made me smile. Often I find I throw things out before I think about it too ;-)
I am all for folks sharing information…that’s important as I do think we need to be as informed as possible. Plus, I personally love a good product review.
I try to remember that what works for one person may not work for another, and that is A-OK.
I think back to many moons ago when folks were criticizing another reader here about her shopping choices. What they didn’t know is the story that this woman shared with me. She had exactly $22 to buy her family of four food for the week. She had shared her haul here on the site b/c she was BEYOND excited that she had been able to purchase enough food to feed everyone 3 meals per day for a whole week.
But her joy was completely squashed by all the negative comments others left about her purchases…that all she bought was processed food, that her fruit was canned not fresh, things like that. It just broke my heart and left a BIG impression on me. I think about her often and share as many deals on all kinds of foods that I can…even if it isn’t my cup of tea. You just never know…that deal might mean the difference of a child having a meal or going hungry.
Kudos, Matty–thanks for coming back to clarify!!
Michelle,
Thank you for your awesome reply. And for allowing my comments through moderation! I know some posts are sponsored (this one doesn’t seem to be) so I certainly appreciate being able to speak freely about that brand.
Having said that, the story you shared is incredibly powerful. Different strokes for different folks – and I would never want to dampen someone else’s ability to save and score deals!
Plus – especially during this pandemic – it is important to be very aware that many people are struggling. I would be overjoyed for that person you referenced who was able to maximize the $22 to feed her family for the week. Cheers and thank you again for all that you do in saving us money while also being so friendly! :)
I thought maybe I should clarify in case it helps – I had a $2.25 coupons on my Coupons.com app (not on the website.)
