Hi All. Hope everyone had a safe and wonderful holiday.
This year, as we all try to stay safe with avoiding large crowds at dinner, it was just 4 of us from our normal 8. I decided to try Publix’s turkey dinner that is all cooked for you. The turkey was 12 lbs., cooked to perfection. The stuffing, dressing, was so good and moist, none of that sage taste usually found in prepared dressing, mashed potatoes, which had to doctored up a bit, and orange-cranberry sauce, very tangy. Turkey gravy which was superb. For dessert, they gave us a marshmallow, pineapple, cocktail mix that was so good. All in all, I won’t be cooking again on Thanksgiving. They give a choice of the size dinner and sides also. All for $49.99. Worth every cent. I just bought a few of Publix’s pies and made the green bean caserole.
