I see another update come in…this time it’s about refunds. Personally, I am VERY happy to see this modification to their policy. Hopefully this will prevent people from purchase things that the don’t need/want out of panic. I do not feel that Publix should be held responsible for folks making bad choices.

At this time, we are suspending refunds on products purchased during this declared emergency. We will of course continue to honor our Publix Guarantee for any products that do not meet our quality standards.
