We are smack dab in the middle of soup season and that makes me a very happy gal!

You guys know I am NOT fond of the cold weather. But, at least it gives me the opportunity to enjoy all those soups, chilis and stews that I love. I can’t think of a better way to warm up on a cold day.

Most all of my favorite soup, stew and chili recipes have some sort of bean in them. With all the different varieties of Hurst Beans, I never have to look very far to find exactly what I need for my favorite recipes. Hurst Beans are the highest quality and best tasting packaged dry beans on the market.

What I love best is the versatility. Every single variety of Hurst beans has a recipe on the bag and there are even more on their website. All you need is a few ingredients, the beans and that tasty spice packet to have a delicious meal with hardly any effort. Perfect for the stove, slow cooker or the instant pot, you really can’t go wrong no matter which variety you choose.

Speaking of varieties, you’ll find two new tasty options at Publix. Look for new Italian Bean Soup and BBQ Cowboy Beans the next time you shop. I have already tried both and will be sharing some amazing recipes very soon.

Find all your favorite Hurst beans (including the new Italian Bean Soup and BBQ Cowboy Beans) in the dry bean section at your local Publix. You can also order all your favorite Hurst beans online at www.hurstbeans.com/store.
