Now I know some of you guys are going to wonder if my kiddos will eat some of these recipes. They will eat them but they will get a modified version. While I would love if they’d eat the stuffed cabbage, I have to pull the filling out of the cabbage leaves for them. If I dared present them with a whole cabbage roll, I’d hear all kinds of complaints. But, if I break up the meat and rice filling into a bowl, they’ll gobble it up. Same goes for the lettuce wraps. They’ll get the noodles with grilled chicken and a salad. It’s the same stuff just presented slightly differently. I’ve found it’s all about what they see on the plate.
