My husband loves my black bean dip. It is just a requirement that guys love dips?? I made some a few weeks ago. Instead of using the canned beans. I just pulled some of the Hurst Family Harvest beans that I had made for dinner the night before and voila…a delicious dip!

I usually do muffins, biscuits and the like the night before then heat up the next morning. Looks like I now have another option!

This is a great way to get your kids involved and also get them excited about new foods. We make these at my house but my boys are still little so we use popsicle sticks.

We make snack sticks, sandwich sticks, fruit sticks and even veggie sticks. Add a fun dip and the kids will pretty much eat whatever is on the stick…yes — even zucchini icon biggrin Tide You Over Tuesday   Lunch On A Stick
