I have never had a dessert pizza –so this definitely caught my eye! I love making homemade pizza and LOVE the idea of a dessert pizza…Amanda even gives us the recipe for the pizza crust! I think I am going to give this a try. I have a feeling it will go over great with all my guys! I may experiment with a few other toppings and see what creation I can come up with!

I just had to pull her picture as they look so delicious!! My husband is on a lemon kick and had me make him a lemon ice box pie this past week…so I may have to surprise him with these babies this weekend. I think I might just get the wife of the year award–tee hee

Amanda sent me a “Snack”urday treat that I have never heard of and can’t wait to try–Nilla Wafer Cake!! I have to say it looks so delicious and since Amanda always gives us step by step instructions with pictures you know it will be super simple!!

Amanda over at A Few Short Cuts has outdone herself this week! She has a super treat that I never considered making at home- Fried Ice Cream!!

I have only had this once before and I can still remember how good it was!! I guess I just assumed there was some crazy trick or impossible task to making this great treat. Once again Amanda has opened my eyes to the simplicity of a great recipe!!

If I didn’t already have a cobbler planned for today I would be in the kitchen making Amanda’s “Snack”urday!! This week she has a recipe for Ten Minute Chocolate Eclairs that sounds delicious and I am sure would be quite the crowd pleaser!!

“Snack”urday – Gooey Banana Boats

I have to admit that I am not a fan of bananas–I love every other fruit but I have never been a fan of the texture of bananas. My two year old on the other hand is a banana addict. I actually have to limit his consumption or he would eat 5 or 6 per day!! So today’s “Snack” urday will certainly be a hit with my little Jeb!

Amanda over at A Few Short Cuts has come up with a doozie…Gooey Banana Boats! These look super simple and are sure to please the banana lover in your life!
