Alaina over at The Fairhope Foodie has been busy this week and has some great recipes for us!! I am going to add the Mexican Lasagna to my menu this week. I need a good recipe as I was craving Mexican food today and grabbed some avocado, limes and cilantro to make some guacamole…so the lasagna will be perfect for tomorrow night!!

I can’t wait to try these–you may see a couple on my meal plan for next week and I may do one of the pizzas this week–YUM!! Seriously–every recipe I have made has been delicious and each week there are at least 2 or 3 new recipes that I just have to try!! I can guarantee you that next week you will see the Baked Spaghetti and Chicken Scaloppine on my menu!! Hello–Pop Tart cookies…I may just make those tonight! Seriously–I had to steal the picture for this post…YUMMY!!

Alaina sent me the menu that she has planned for this week. This week she left a spot open–she may kill me later but I thought we should help her decide on a recipe. Since I have a bunch of chicken in my freezer –I vote for a chicken dish that is family friendly but not labor intensive. Have you guys been checking in with Alaina over at The Fairhope Foodie? Her recipes are just fabulous…I can honestly say that I have loved every one I have tried!! After I type this up I am headed to the kitchen to make the chicken tacos for dinner tonight!! I am patiently awaiting her Moo-Shu Chicken recipe that she will be posting tonight!! I think I have everything that I’ll need and I am very excited-YUM!
