Every week I tell you guys about a blog that I personally visit.  This week I am sharing a site that I think you guys will like…Printable Coupons and Deals! 

If you guys are like me–the majority of coupons that I use are printables.  Typically these are higher values that the ones you find in the newspaper. Steph is wonderful as she sends me updates to share with you guys with all the latest and greatest printables that she finds…and oh boy– she finds TONS!!  I am not sure how she does it but every day she has a new bunch that she adds to her site.

Ok so this week the site I am going to tell you about is not a blog but it is definitely a site I have bookmarked as it is my go to site for several things…The Coupon Clippers!!

Many of you may be shocked to find out that I only get one newspaper each week!!  In the several years that I have been couponing I have learned many things via trial and error–one of these things being how many inserts to purchase. 

When I first started couponing I often purchased up to 10 newspapers which was VERY costly.  Here in Atlanta the Sunday double is $3 and gives you two sets of insert–to get 10 sets of inserts that would be $15!!  If I managed to find a street vendor and was able to snag them for a buck a piece that is still $10 out of pocket!! 

After a while, I decided that was just crazy and luckily found out that in my area the free county newspaper offered a smaller version of the insert coupons each week.  I could snag 15 sets of inserts each week…but they were often lacking some of the good coupons!  Also, storage became an issue…it is very difficult to store that many inserts and keep them manageable!!  When more and more couponers found out about this free option I found myself having to get to the papers quickly or risk being out of luck and getting no inserts for the week!!

After a while, I noticed that each week I really only used a small percentage of insert coupons when I shopped!!   If a good deal came up I usually ended up trading or ordering coupons so that I would have the large quantity that I needed. Then the light bulb came on…why waste my money and my energy with the inserts when I can just as easily trade or get them from The Coupon Clippers!!  Each week I check out the insert preview and look at what I might use and make a list of the coupons that appeal to me!  I can then just place an order and get only what I will use for a fraction of the cost of buying inserts…and the coupon are already clipped and ready to go!!

The Coupon Clippers are a great resource and I have found them to be very dependable, cost effective and easy to use!  I also love their coupon tracker–I have used it often to look back to double check a coupon’s issue date. I also love the fact that I can use Paypal to pay.  I don’t have to touch my bank account to get my coupons–I just use the money I earn from doing surveys and such to cover the cost of my coupon needs–AWESOME!!

Every week I tell you guys about a blog that I personally visit.  This week I want to tell you about my buddy Nicole’s site–Nicole’s Nickels! 

Of course Nicole posts the best deals each week but her site is more than that I use it as a reference!  I actually learned about Mystery Shopping thanks to Nicole!  She has the scoop on all the legitimate companies and tell you the pros and cons to help you determine if it might be a good fit for you! I used to do several but I am down to two just because I can’t fit any more in my schedule!!

Nicole always has a ton of great product reviews and giveaways!  I love being able to get another person’s perspective before I try things and hey it’s even better if I have a chance to win something too

Probably one of my favorite things that Nicole does is that she reviews the various survey companies that are out there.  I am all about making a few extra bucks by giving my opinion!  I have a few of my favorites that I have had great success with and I bet Nicole can give you an even bigger list! 

I definitely recommend you check out Nicole’s Nickels and add her to your favorites list!

There are so many bloggers out there working VERY hard to publish some pretty fantastic stuff!  I have a list of my favorite blogs that I visit regularly.  This week I want to tell you all about my buddy Shannon over at The Baragin Buggy.  Shannon does a great job giving you the best deals at various stores as well as the best on the web!  My favorite feature from Shannon is that she shows us what is in her buggy!!

I just love to check out other people shopping trips and see pictures of their haul.  It is just as exciting as bringing home my goodies and displaying them on the counter   You guys also know I love bloggers who make me feel at home on their site and Shannon does that for sure.  It is almost as if she is inviting me in her house and offering me a glass of sweet tea!  I think you should check out The Bargain Buggy –I think you will add it to your fav list too!!

Most of you all know that in addition to I Heart Publix –I also run the website I Heart Saving Money …so I can definitely attest to the fact that publishing two separate blogs can be very difficult and time consuming!!  It is a blast but it is also a ton of work!! 

Well Christie is crazy like me and runs both Big Fat Piggy Bank and her newest addition Wild For Wags! Both of her sites are fantastic.  Big Fat Piggy Bank keeps you up to date with all the latest and greatest deals out there and Wild For Wags is hands down the best site for everything Walgreens!! 

Christie is another blogger who I have never met but consider to be my friend!!  She is just a wonderful person and  you can see her personality in both of her websites!  I highly recommend you go and visit BOTH of Christie’s sites–tell her that I said HI

Every week I tell you all about a blog that I personally visit.  There are tons of wonderful people out in the great big web publishing some pretty fantastic sites.  Well my buddy Kristin over at Couponing To Disney is definitely one you will want to check out!!

I just love how Kristin uses her site as a way to chronicle her efforts to pay for her family’s vacation to Disney by being a smart shopper!!  How cool is that??!! I bet you would be amazed if you took every penny you saved by being a smart shopper and put it in a jar–what would YOU do with that money??  Here at my house my smart shopping is covering the cost of finishing our basement!  So far we have not had to pull any money from savings and we are nearing the completion of the project!!  I actually have every receipt in a folder and once the basement is finished I will total all the receipts just to see what we were able to accomplish by budgeting and being smart shoppers!

 While Kristin’s site is definitely a Disney enthusiast’s dream–she also stays on top of all the hot deals of the day.  She has a great site to find all the deals AND  is a one stop place to find out all the scoop about Disney! Now that my youngest son is 2 we will be planning our first family trip to Disney and you better believe I will be scouring Kristin’s archives to learn all I need to know! 

I definitely recommend you visit Kristin at Couponing To Disney.  I have a feeling you will keep going back!!

Every week I tell you all about a blog that I personally visit when I am out surfing for deals.  With so many fabulous bloggers out publishing some great site I want to make sure you all don’t miss some of the best! This week the blog I think you guys should check out is from my buddy Meagan over at Frugal Fun and Fortune!

I actually thought about waiting until she had her new site up and running to tell you all about her…but why??  Even when she is moved it will still be the same Meagan   Meagan has a great comprehensive blog…you will find tons of deals and great information!! What I love most about reading Frugal Fun and Fortune is that Meagan writes from a personal perspective!! I love visiting sites where I feel like I get to know the person behind the keyboard!!  There are a million sites out there where you can see a big list of deals but I would much rather go where I feel like I am reading info from a friend!  I have never met Meagan but I tell you I feel like I know her!!

Every week I tell you all about a site that I personally visit when I am out roaming the blogosphere for deals!  There are TONS of wonderful folks who work very hard to publish some fantastic blogs.  This week’s Blog I Heart is from my buddy Kai at Smart Couponing!!! 

You all know and love Kai as she is kind enough to give us the Restaurant Roundup each week.   Beyond that Kai is a busy bee posting TONS of deals on her site!!  I call her my freebie finder because if there is a freebie out there Kai will find it!! What I love about Kai is that she posts a really great assortment of deals.  While I do love a freebie…I also love to hear about those really hot deals that only come along every once in a while.  I would love to score everything for free but that just is not realistic!! If I can score the things I want/need for a fraction of retail I will gladly jump on a deal!!  Kai has hooked me up with some awesome deals for things that I need (seriously—it really pays to have deal finding friends!!) Thanks to Kai I may have my Christmas list done before July!

Every week I tell you all about a blog that I personally visit and think you all will like as well.  There are so many wonderful folks who work VERY hard to publish some wonderful websites–my buddy Leandrea over at Coupons Are Great is one of those folks!

I have been buddies with Leandrea for quite a while as we met on a coupon forum a year or maybe even two years ago?? Leandrea is one smart cookie and can spot a deal a mile away! She is also the kind of blogger I call “caring and sharing”…when she finds a hot deal she will post it and send it over to fellow bloggers so they can spread the word too!  One of the best perks about what I do is getting the opportunity to correspond with some super people (bloggers and readers) who make finding and reporting the deals fun and rewarding!!

Every week I tell you all about a blog that I feel is definitely worth checking out.  There are so many wonderful bloggers out there who work very hard to publish some pretty wonderful blogs.  I have a list of blogs that I personally subscribe to and check out frequently to see what deals are listed.   

This week the Blog I Heart is from my buddy Mary over at Couponers United!

Mary was one of the first bloggers that I added to my favorites list!  She does a fabulous job finding and listing all the current and hot deals. Mary’s blog is comprehensive–if the deal is out there she will have it posted!!  Mary also holds a special place in my heart as she has helped me personally with some behind the scenes work on my blogs.  I am far from a computer pro and really just stumbled into the world of blogging.  Mary was kind enough to share her wisdom which in turn has helped me tremendously!!  This generosity and compassion is evident  in her blog.  Mary posts with personality and goes beyond just listing a deal! You know you are reading a good blog when you feel like you know the person behind the keyboard.  I have never met Mary but I am sure if/when we meet, we will hit it off  beautifully!!
