Have you loaded and used your Publix digital coupon for the Ziploc® brand Space Bag® yet?
A while back I told you guys how much I love Ziploc® brand Space Bags®. Since sharing the coupon, I have had several folks email amazed at how great these bags work. I really wasn’t kidding when I told you guys that I loved these bags, I depend on them for my storage needs constantly.
I am always finding ways to put them to use – so whenever I can get a discount, I take advantage of it. I had a couple of folks ask which size I used most. Honestly I go for the larger bags. I like the combo packs as they offer a variety of sizes. I like to be able to store as much as possible so I tend to use the larger bags more often. Now, I think having a few of the smaller bags is important too.
I tend to use them for times when I need a bag away from home. Most often I use them when I need a change of clothes for the boys. Days we are at the water park, after baseball games, etc. The bag allows me to pack more in a smaller area that will fit in my bag AND they stay dry!

This is important in my world as there never seems to be enough space to store everything at my house.
Don’t forget about seasonal storage. My holiday linens are safe in the Ziploc® brand Space Bag® and I can easily move them in and out as I need them. Plus, they are great for holding all your clothes that you may not use day to day. You can easily swap out your summer and/or winter items when they are not in use, and save that much-needed closet space!
In addition to the vacuum-seal bag design that I use at home, there are also roll-up storage bags for when I travel. These are super simple as you remove the air by simply rolling up the bag – allowing you to pack up to twice as much. Surely I am not the only one who ends up coming home with more than I left with. That extra space sure does come in handy!
For you guys who plan to do any flying this summer, these little bags can also save you a pretty penny! Space savings can mean money savings when families travel since the airlines like to charge extra for each suitcase you bring. In addition, the bags are transparent, which makes for speedy airport security checks.
I just used them on my trip to Virginia. I got everything in my carry on with room to spare…which worked out nicely since I had to bring the boys back some souvenirs.
