Here is the sneak peek of the Publix ad and coupons that runs 1/16 through 1/22 (1/15 to 1/21 for some). Some pretty good deals including cheap yogurt and razors.
As a reminder, this ad has the new shopping list. If you need any help just click the button on the shopping list page or go HERE to learn how to use this fabulous new feature.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
When you see the checkmark – those items are either a great price or a stockpile price with coupon(s). Some items are designated stock up price based on a coupon doubling, so if your store doesn’t double it may not be a stock up price for you.
Finally, make sure you click “Read More” to see the whole ad!

Wow! Super early! Thank you sooooo much! Have a great week!
best part of the week!
Thanks so much for all your hard work! Not a good week for me, but that’s A-OK because I’m stocked up and my budget could use a week off!!! Hoping to see some great deals next week as we prepare for Super Bowl Sunday!!!
Another light spending week for me. Does anyone know when Italian Days is coming? I need to do some serious stocking up.
Looking for that too. Last years’ black beans are all gone.
Isn’t Italian Days at the beginning of February?
I think the Italian Day sale is usually in February.
Thanks Michelle!! You rock!
Excited about toaster strudels and mayo. Thanks, Michelle!
I pm at publix yesterday with wn flyer 3.89 and free dip
slow week for me thank you once again.
Thanks Michelle! You are awesome! There was a $1/1 Big G cereals printable on coupons.com at the beginning of the month. The included cereals list on the coupon is really small but it does include a couple different kinds of cheerios.
Wow you are early! Thanks
great ad, thank you
There was also a $1/1 yoplait printable on coupons.com that included gogurt
There is a $2/1 Fresh Express Manf. Coupon. When you go to this site, you can either download the coupons, or the coupons are also found in the monthly magazine too. Totally Free salad!
Thanks so much for sharing, but the q says “redeemable ONLY at…” so I think its intended use is for only the store listed despite being a manufacturer coupon
As long as it is a MQ, it may be used at Publix. They will be reimbursed for it. You can check with customer service if you’re in doubt.
I think I will pass on using it because from everything I have ever read, when it says “only’ it is meant to only be used at the store referenced on the q. Thanks though.
I know that there are a lot of printables that say “Only at Walmart” but we still use these at publix since it is a manufacturer coupon. I used it in the last sale, and it scanned with no problems, but let me know if I am wrong, I don’t want to use the q’s incorrectly – still learning =)
When it says “redeemable at”, then that is just a suggestion, sort of an advertisement for the store, but the coupon can be used anywhere. When it says “redeemable ONLY at” then you can only use the coupon at the store indicated. I looked at the coupon and it can’t be used at Publix.
Yes, you can use them anywhere as long as they are Manufacturer coupons
But isn’t it for the named stores ? The coupon says ” only redeemable at Safeway”…. ;(
also, the safeway coupon states only “one coupon per purchase”
Thanks, Michelle. There is a .50/2 goldfish coupon on Target.com Just printed it.
There is a Target coupon for .50 off 2 Goldfish 6.6oz crackers.
will farmer’s garden not be included in the vlasic?
also, thank you! :-p
Farmer’s Garden are $3.79 at my store so it is doubtful and they have not been included in the past.
Because there is the 75/1 publix coupon in the gameday favorites, let’s research this to make sure please!
there was a 55. off 1 motts 6 pack of apple sauce in the 1-12 ss in central fl
You have a Cocoa Puffs coupon with the Cocoa Krispies sale. (sorry, wrong item)
Target has the Goldfish Coupon 50/2!!! Thanks!
$0.75/2 Quaker oatmeal in 1/12/14 RP in Nashville paper.
Has anybody else noticed that Publix is not as coupon friendly as their ads suggest? For the past 2 months, if a coupon does not scan after 3 or 4 tries, they send you to customer service. I wait in line at the checkout and then wait in line at customer service. Today I just told her to cancel my entire order and I took everything up to customer service, and they were upset, they told me I only had to bring the items which the coupons did not scan up there, but I told them I wanted one receipt.
BTW, I only had 5 coupons, 2 which didn’t scan, and my total was almost $20, so I didn’t run in to purchase only items with coupons.
Thanks for letting me vent
I go in at 7am when I use a lot of coupons so there all in a good mood and no big lines and they usually call a manager over to over ride it or if you only have a few coupons, look for a cashier with a vest instead of a shirt. that usually means that they work customer service and can over ride a coupon.
I have found that some stores are not as coupon friendly as they suggest. My closest Publix I avoid, for this reason. I found a new store which is awesome not too far away and which I go to and they celebrate my savings and are super friendly. You might want to try to find another store, if that is a possibility for you.
What store was that at Marcia? I know the manager at Chapel Hill Rd. store in Douglasville, GA told me the last time I was there that from now on if a coupon doesn’t scan that they weren’t going to accept it anymore. They use to take target coupons & then when he started working there they 1st started only accepting 1 target & then they just stopped taking them all together. The coupon friendly phrase that they use isn’t true at this store at all any more!!!
I’ve noticed the same thing at the Chapel Hill store – I’ve shopped there for years and just recently it’s all new people who seem to be coupon grumpy. I’m so glad we’ve got 2 other stores pretty close by. They’re a little farther, but I save time and hassle at those, and I don’t get treated like a criminal at the other two. Hopefully they have competition between local stores and Chapel Hill will realize they need to be nice, or else they’ll lose customers.
I shop at the Publix at Mirror Lake and they don’t take Target coupons. Do you know of another one in the Douglasville area that does? Thanks.
I live in Dallas, and the Publix here at 76 E Paulding Dr is super great. They never give me a hassle at all. They also accept Target Q
As far as Douglasville, they all stopped taking Target coupons.
Was at my usual publix in cooper city last night. One of my IPs wouldn’t scan. Guess what? They advised the new district rules are if it doesn’t scan, they won’t accept it – no manual inputting anymore.
This will make for some fun trips…
The district manager must be from Walmart
Robin is the manager at the Douglasville store on Hwy 5. He recently transferred from the Carrollton store and he is beyond great. I was told that all 10 area stores had stopped taking Target q’s. I like Robin because he will allow you to use 1 Publix q per five items. Robin is great.
Probably because there is no “Super” Target full grocery store in that area (just a regular Target) so they are not a true competitor for the Douglasville stores. Only grocery stores within a few miles radius from each store determine which competitor Qs they will take.
I wish that were true. NO Publix in Gainesville, FL, accepts Target coupons… and there is a Super Target that practically shares the same parking lot with a Publix…
I think it really depends on the store. Most of the cashiers and baggers (not to mention customer service people, the managers, the deli and bakery people…..) at my Publix know me and my coupon habit by now and are usually really nice about trying to make my coupons work.
It may also help a bit that I’m nice to them also. For example, a lot of the cashiers and baggers are high-school age; I’m a university prof and they know they can always ask me for advice about college stuff. And if there is a problem – they can’t find a product, or they’re out of it, or a coupon doesn’t want to scan properly, or whatever – I’m relaxed about it and don’t through a big fuss or tantrum (amazing how some people act just because Publix ran out of something!) They know that too, and appreciate that I’m polite and friendly and not rude and nasty, and that also means they are more willing to help me out sometimes. Golden Rule really does work!
Yeah!!! Getting the engines ready to clean out the store Friday if there’s anything left!
$1/1 Neutrogena Target coupon when you enter FIFA sweepstakes
Thank you Michelle!
I have a Publix coupon from the 1/5 SS for B2G1 free pepsi 12 packs. I’m not sure how that would work with the B2G1 sale. Could you get 3 and pay for 1, or get 4 and pay for 2?
I think that is just an ad for the B2G1. On my insert is says (no coupon needed). See if that’s what yours say
whooops- you are right. the other coupons that come with it are real, but not that one. Thanks.
i have the same q but mine says no coupon required sale prices effective jan 2-jan 29. under it there are 3 other coupons that you can use
Did anyone buy too many enjoy the city books and would like
to trade (since it may not be legal to resell). I am in the Miami, Florida
Julie, I did. My brain did not compute how many I would need to use each day to use them all
I might be interested too. I’m in Jacksonville, FL. How do you trade though, for what? Lol.
The $2 Weight Watchers is not on the Smartones, which stinks because I printed them!!!
Is the publix game day coupon for Oscar mayer lunch meat no longer available? I can not find it to print it.
Unfortunately, the Oscar mayer lunch meat coupon isn’t available to print anymore. It ran out of prints very quickly but sometimes I’ve seen them add coupons back in. Cross our fingers it’s one of the ones that reappears!
They had some flyers in the store with the coupon in it too. Also in last weeks Sunday paper.
Michelle, Normally, when you post the BOGO on the Lender’s bagels, you indicate if it is dairy or frozen. Do you know which one this sale is for? Not all that fond of the frozen ones, but I’ll drive to Publix for the dairy variety. Thanks!
Anyone know if Publix’s will be running it’s Special K promo this year? For the past two years, they have ran a 50% off cereal special on one weekend in January. When this happens, I stock up for six months.
Some coupons that I found in the AJC yesterday that match this ad:
Save .55 on any (1) Mott’s Snack & Go Pouch 4-pack, Snack & Go Pouch 12 Pack, 6 pack cups single serve applesauce or 6-pack cups Medleys Snack
Save .50 on (5) condensed chicken noodle, tomato, or cream of mushroom soups
Save $2 on (3) Windex, pledge, shout, or scrubbing bubbles products
Save $3 on any (4) Windex, pledge, shout, or scrubbing bubbles products
Save $2 on any Garnier Shampoo or Conditioner (excluding travel size)
Save .75 on any (2) Quaker Oatmeal, instant Oatmeal, or cold cereals
There’s a bunch of Schick coupons too that might match the schick sale
Save .75 on (1) 2-liter bottle of A&W TEN, Canada Dry TEN, RC TEN, or Sunkist TEN soda (if included?)
Save .50 on any (3) boxes (50ct or larger) or any (1) bundle pack KLEENEX
Save .75 when you buy (1) box of multi grain, peanut butter, or dark chocolate crunch cheerios (if included?)
Sunday’s Tampa Tribune 1/12/14 had a sheet with a $5 off your purchase of $40 or more. The usual counties and exclusions apply!! I almost missed it, so check your newspapers!! HTH
What happen to the buy the Angel Soft and fet a free windex utem I saw thus morning?
I am curious whether others have started to shop more at Walmart now that they are price matching BOGOS? I definitely find that I am. If I get a Winn Dixie $5/$30, I may try to shop more at Publix, but otherwise I am finding prices so so much better at Walmart (the only downside is others must be as well b/c there are often cleared shelves of certain items, like pasta!). I feel like the coupons match ups are definitely not as good as before so heading to Walmart is my way of making up for that. Fortunately my Walmart is clean and pretty “friendly,” but it is definitely more work to shop there at Publix. If I can’t find something, forget about it, there is no one to help me and if I have a problem with a coupon it takes forever to get a supervisor to help and the lines are longer, but saving the money is more important to me right now for better or worse.
I have boycotted my w m. They make up their own policies regardless of what the corporate policy says and calling corporate has yielded no results. We cannot even price match Publix ads because they do not allow us to price match “save up to” type of ads, only “buy 1 @ X.XX get 1 free” like wags sometimes says in their ads. And when they do you pay the ad price not the WM price. Then when they do price match, they do it like the drugstores, so you much buy in 2′s. Then it’s anyone’s guess if they will let you use coupons because they say “you can’t use coupons on price matched items.” Oh and my personal favorite, they won’t let me price match pineapples.. I can price match the oranges, carrots, apples, but NOT the pineapples.
They have worked so hard to lose my money. It’s sad.
walmart will not take 2 coupons for a bogo. and they will not accept competitor coupons. those are two BIG deals for me.
Walmart is HORRIBLE!!! I have never bought any meat there till a couple days ago.I bought 4 pkgs of hamburger meat, needless to say when cooked it was just awful.None of my teenagers would eat it, that tell you something.I took back to walmart with the receipt and they would not exchange or refund. There so called corporate policy it must be returned from the exact store purchased from. That store is about 20 miles from me, I was shopping on the other side of town that day. Needless to say I have called corporate, with a district manager should be calling me.I wont be holding my breath.I hope not to have to throw away 30.00 worth of meat.I will NEVER shop at walmart again for anything!!!!
I’m not a big Fan of Wal-mart either. I’d freeze the meat until I returned to the store you purchased it, don’t they have a 30 day return policy! I feel that a store should stand behind their products. I hope it works out.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cz5WYdaSKQY I try very hard to NEVER go to Walmart. Target price matches. . .
Does anyone know if you redeem points from Kelloggs do they send via postage mail?
They send you a e-mail & you can print 2.
The coke 8pk cans are on sale for 3.00 each. Use the .50/1 8pk can coupon and if your store doubles that equals 2.00 per pk. plus there was a tearpad for 1.00 off 8 pk cans and 1 box of ritz crackers. Since ritz are on sale you can get a 8pk can of coke for 1.00 and a box of ritz. If of course you have the tearpad coupon.
You cannot use two manufacturer coupons on 1 product, so your scenario will not work.
I was wondering if you could populate the ‘should be’ prices below the list of available coupons for each product. This helps me decide if I want to add the item to my list. I truly appreciate all of the match-ups and advice that you all provide. It makes my grocery shopping less stressful and more fun. Thanks!
Super deals are here —> http://www.iheartpublix.com/index.php/2014/01/publix-super-deals-week-116-122-115-121/
List option as well
55c/1 Kleenex MQ from Pick up the Values x1/31/14.
Coupon linked to WW Smart Ones sale excludes Smart Ones
Is the $2 off (one) Velveeta Singles coupon that’s in the Gameday favorites booklet a match with the “Velveeta Prepared Cheese Slices” BOGO this week? In the store I only see one package and size available for sale.
There is a Velveeta shortage in the US (I know, “How do you run out of FAKE cheese?”) which may cause a lot of problems for this deal
Can someone help me find the $1/1 Green Giant Veggie chips coupon in the ad? I can find it in the Best Meals Happen at Home.
In the store on a display
Can I use a Target Q for their brand of ice cream/frozen yogurt when Publix brand ice cream/frozen yogurt is on sale? I didn’t see this mentioned above so I wanted to double check.
yes you can – i always keep the target Q’s for publix ice cream sales =)
The hydro silk razors at my store(tuscaloosa, AL) were 5.99 sale price, making them a 1.01 moneymaker after the $3/1 PQ and $4/1 printable MQ.
Also, there’s a .75/2 Bertolli coupon on the Operation In Touch website (http://www.operationintouch.com/offers/coupons.aspx)
It says military coupon but it’s a manufacturers coupon and can be used anywhere regardless of whether you have family in the military or not
The Publix coupon is for the Hydro Silk refillable razor, and the manufacturer coupon is for the Hydro Silk disposable razors, so you can’t use both coupons on the same item.
Better than free – In Tallahassee, Florida, Velveeta slices are BOGO $2.99 and there’s a $2/1 coupon the Game Day Flyer. So you actually get $1.01 back for each two packs of Velveeta when you use two $2 coupons.
The coupon you are referring to is for the 16 oz package. The item on sale is the 12 oz variety.
At my publix I found clearance Garnier Fructise for $2.99 for the 25.6 oz so I spent $0.99 instead of $0.79 for twice the amount of shampoo!!!
I didn’t see the Pharmacy Booklet at my store. Is it something I have to ask the pharmacist for?
They dont ever have them at my store either and no one seems to know what im talking about behind the counter or the pharmacy.
I asked at the store near me & the pharmacist said that corporate sent out an email because people were taking the whole pile in one swoop. Every store in my area had the whole pile of booklets taken by one or two people. They said that they will be getting more in but it probably be after the sale.
Hello. Can you please tell me more about the “LOVE TO SHOP HERE, LOVE TO SAVE HERE” section. How do you know these products are on sale? How do you know that this is week 3 of 3? Are these products mentioned on Publix’s website (though it doesn’t seem so) or in some flyer?
Is there a particular section where I can view them on this site or only in the weekly ads?
