Here is the sneak peek of the Publix ad and coupons that runs 12/26 through 1/1 (12/26 to 12/31 for some). Time to get all the fixins for our New Year’s Day dinner.
As a reminder, this ad has the new shopping list. If you need any help just click the button on the shopping list page or go HERE to learn how to use this fabulous new feature.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
When you see the checkmark – those items are either a great price or a stockpile price with coupon(s). Some items are designated stock up price based on a coupon doubling, so if your store doesn’t double it may not be a stock up price for you.

1st to comment! Thank you Michelle!
Someone needs friends
If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it at all. Merry Christmas to you!
That was so unnecessary, Jake.
I’ll be your friend, Jake!
Well…if that’s the case, someone else needs a LIFE to tend to instead of making rude comments on a coupon board when it was totally unprovoked…
I hope the Christmas spirit finds you Jake
~~~MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL~~~
Thanks for all that you do to save us money! You are soooo appreciated
Slow week for me so I can take it easy and get caugh up with my rainchecks. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all.
Thanks and Happy Holidays. And on a side note just wanted to know if anyone in South Florida is finding it hard to shop at publix. It seems that we have a new district manger that is rewriting the coupon policy. only aloud to use one target and 5 like coupons per transaction. They are also trying to say only one winn dixe per person per day.
Where abouts in South Florida? I’m in Central Florida and I haven’t seen any changes yet. Thanks
Laura, there is one particular store in South Florida that has said something to me about that, also. When I asked the customer service lady about when that policy was changed, to my surprise, she told me 3 years ago!! I think it may just be the store, because I have never had an issue anywhere else.
I havent had a problem at all and Im in Boynton Beach..
No problems here in So. Broward county
I’m in Tampa, FL and at any of the stores that accept Target q’s, i’ve only been able to use 1 at a time for at least a year now
all the stores around Palm Beach Gardens.
I had a cashier in the Tampa area (Valrico) try to tell me the same thing. That I was only allowed to use one Winn Dixie Q per day, which it says nowhere on the coupon! I left her isle and went straight the manager of the store (who knows me since I always shop at the same store) and asked him and he read the coupon and said she was wrong. I think some cashiers just like to be a pain! That is why always go out of my way to shop at the same store and know which cashiers to go to and who to avoid. I will wait in line extra long to get my favorite or at least someone who’s not going to give me a hard time and appreciates my business.
Wow, I thought it was just me! I am in Largo, FL (near Tampa/Clearwater) and I hate shopping at Publix these days! They treat me like a criminal when I use coupons and don’t even know their own policies. If I have 2 or more coupons there is almost always a problem. I don’t use tons of coupons, so it is really weird…makes it uncomfortable to use any coupons at all…
I live in West Palm, most stores around here has always allowed me only 1 winn dixie coupon, and, my go to Publix only takes 5 of the same manufacture coupon, and I’ve only ever used 2 of the same target coupon in a transaction. Oh, these are all for one person, per day.
Allison what they changed in the last month is where I could split the groc up and use mult winn dixies know I can only use one per person per day. the 5 same manufacture thing is coming from the dist manger bec when I called corp they said he can limit the amount you buy but not the coupons
I have had this issue in north dade. Both of my stores are re-training employees and they are more confused than ever! They tried to tell me the other day that I couldn’t use a mfg coupon on both BOGO items…I told them to show me the policy, so they showed me their new training sheet. Of course, the policy was the same as its always been, they just didn’t understand it. So I had to give the very embarrassed cashier a tutorial on how to read. I was nice about it, but he felt like an idiot. Which made me feel bad for him. And then every other cashier that day was like “I don’t know if I can accept this” but they all took my word for it that it was per the policy. The new “one WD coupon per trip” is a stupid pain in the ass designed only to make it inconvenient…but I doubt it has stopped anyone from using the same amount of WD coupons they would have used. I just make multiple trips and if the items are on the same sale at WD (which happens often) I’ve started going over there since they let me split the transactions and reduce the number of trips.
I am in North Lauderdale, South Florida. And from the day when Publix put the office policy in, I think that it was May 2011, the store in my area takes only $5/$30.00 per order. They know me because I am shopping at least 1-2 times a week, so from time to time, I am doing 2 separate transaction- $30.00+ each. If fact, I did it today and the cashier was a very helpful. We have a few very nice people there and few who dislike couponers and coupons so much.
I’m in the same area as you. If you are interested in meeting, let me know. Maybe we could coupon together and/or trade coupons sometime? Could be fun…I am so loving couponing, and would love a local buddy!! My email is firstname.lastname@example.org
I’m in Coral Springs, so very close to you both. Jill and/or Tala if you buddy up and looking for another, I’m not too far.
yes i have had that experience also. they also say if there is any overage, they reduce the coupon value so that doesn’t happen. I just go to multiple stores, or spread my shopping out through the day. I had one manager tell me they do not accept other publix RC because it throws off their inventory. Whatever. Pines and Dikes rd is difficult to shop at, but they are a big store, so there is always alot of variety. have a wonderful Christmas and happy Hanukkah!
Rose, JUst FYI. . . They aren’t allowed to reduce the coupon value to avoid paying you overage. Call corporate and complain! That’s just crazy! I know for a fact that they aren’t allowed to do that!
I have that same problem in Atlanta, Georgia. I went to this store in April 2013 with my Target coupons they took them all. When I went back in there August 2013, they told me we only taking one Target coupon. I said, When did this start cashier said a couple of months ago. So, I stop using my Target coupon there, and mailing them to my sister, her store takes them.
IF THEY DID ANY CHANGES THEY NEED TO SEND OUT A NEW COUPON POLICY
Target coupons say in the fine print that you can only use 1 of like coupon per guest. But if you are using several different coupons, I dunno. Havent had a problem
I live in Melbourne, Florida and the two Publix stores I go to no longer take Target coupons. They said they no longer consider them to be a competitor because they aren’t within 5 miles. But they still take Winn Dixie coupons which are even further away.
Laura, I’m in Tampa area and the Winn Dixie and Target policy changed for us a few months back. Sadly, I didn’t know they would accept multiple Winn Dixie $5 off $30 or Target coupons for same product until cashier mentioned policy change to me. I had just been following the language on the coupons that say, one per transaction. My Publix still lets you split order to do multiple WD. Just did it yesterday.
It would be nice if there was some consistency between all stores. A friend has a Publix where she can spend $90 in one purchase and they will let her use three $5 off $30 WD coupons. I just make multiple trips.
Another thing I noticed that sometimes messes me up is that some Publix stores refund tax on Target Qs. At first I didn’t realize that and on a trip where I calculated my total bill to be .08 after coupons, my total with one $1 coupon left was .96 and that store does not pay overages. When I checked the receipt, I had used a $2 Target Q and they subtracted 6 percent of that total,or 12 cents, from my bill. So instead of $1.08 with one $1 coupon left I owed .96 and that’s what I had to pay.
Now I have a feel for which stores subtract tax and which do not, but just in case I check out the cost of the candy and gum in the racks by the cash register so I can grab something quick to increase my bill enough to use all my coupons.
just a little tip on the overages if you calculated your bill and know that you will have a good amount of overage with target coupons what I have done is to keep a publix gift card that I just keep adding to before I give them the coupons I will have them add the overage to the card so at the end I get to use all the coupons.by doing this I was able to not put out any cash at publix in the last year. so with the one target coupon this will make it harder
Thanks Laura, but I am not quite sure how you do that. If I calculate a $5 overage and my groceries ring up to $45, I give the cashier the gift card and say what to her/him?
I do the same thing. If I estimate an overage of say $5, I just ask the cahsier to add $5 to the GC. Then I end up with a zero (or close to that) balance. If I’m not sure, I’ll wait til they’ve scanned most of my Qs and I can see how much oveerage I might have and then I tell them to add it to my GC. Hope that helps.
My WD 5/30 coupons say 5 off 30 or more not 5 off every 30 AND they also say one coupon per transaction. So I have to make more than one trip to the store to use more than one WD 5/30.
Jacksonville Publix limits 2 target coupons per item unless target coupon says only one coupon per person then its only one coupon. If you have more than 5 of the same coupons a manager has to approve more than 5, and the store has had a ten limit of sale items since I can remember so nothing changed in Jacksonville
Publix gives us all great deals letting us use coupons from other stores DONT TRY TO CHEAT THE SYSTEM OR YOU WILL RUIN IT FOR EVERYONE
Exactly, Mike. Thank you for saying that. People, please try and stop cheating Publix using coupons. Publix is a wonderful store and I enjoy shopping there. Please be honest with couponing and not ruin it for everyone else.
Taking the tax off with coupons depends on how the cashier puts the coupon in in the system and what the coupon is for. If the coupon is for a grocery item it will not subtract tax if the cashier presses that it is in fact for a grocery item. If the coupon is for a non grocery item, then it will take off some tax if the cashier puts it in correctly. This only applies to competitor coupons.
Yes Laura. The majority of the stores in the North Lauderdale/Tamarac/Margate area of Broward county only allow one Target coupon- and a limit of 5 sale items, or BOGO deals. (Luckily, I’ve recently moved to West Boca, where my store alllows a million like target coupons, and more than one $/$$ Winn Dixie coupons per transaction :)!!)
Ash which store is that? I think I need to go a little out of my way and shop there!
Hehehe… It’s in West Boca. On the corner of 441 and Clint Moore
Thank you, Michelle! Merry Christmas to you!
Thank you so much!
Does anyone have the look up numbers for angel soft and the snuggle? It seems that ALL of our booklets were wiped out before they were put out! Our store will accept a look up number if you don’t have the coupon. Any help will be appreciated! THANKS!
Check with the cashier. Every register at my store has a copy of each coupon book and they are happy to look it up.
Thank you as always Michelle! Merry Christmas to you and yours!
Thank you and Merry Christmas!
Gas card… but right after Christmas and only for the weekend! Bah Humbug!
Great ad and great coupon links, especially the Publix Family Celebration link. However, is anyone having issues printing from that link? I am able to select the coupons but when I hit print it sends me a message that says Java needs to be updated; which I have done as well as shutting down and restarting my browser. The link continues to go to the update Java message after I enter my name and e-mail. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated as the books are not available in my local store.
Thank you and Merry Christmas to all!
I had to end up Going To where you do your system updates and actually checking the boxes next to option and critical updates and after all was updated , shut down , restarted and let the updates complete.. THEN it finally let me w/o re running/downloading java etc. GOOD LUCK ! I’m sure this will fix it, It was a Huge head ache for weeks for me, I’m glad I finally figured it out. It took some time so I let the computer stay on doing the updates over night.. Your computer my be faster but I had 5 downloads and it was already late.
Just try to use Google Chrome when printing coupons instead of Internet Explorer.
Merry Christmas!! Thank you Michelle for all your hard work! Blessings to you and your family!
Question . . .
Can the B1G1 free Kraft Cheese Coupon in the Family Celebrations book be combined with the BOGO Kraft Cheese this week making it free????
If it was a B1G1 manuafacturer coupon it would work, right? So how about Publix coupon?
It is for 14-16 ounce Kraft cheese, the ones on sale are 7-8 ounces
Just bought 2 16 oz. Kraft Singles. They were $3.99 each. Used 1 BOGO store coupon plus a $2.00 digital manufacturer coupon. Final Price: $1.00 each!
Just bought 2 16 oz. Kraft chenck cheese. They were $4.99 each. Used 1 BOGO store coupon plus a $2.00 digital manufacturer coupon. Final price: $1.50 each!
My store in Prattville doesn’t take Target coupons so I was glad to fing the high value digital Q’s. I didn’t know about them until I got in side the store. Thank goodness for my Publix app.
This is my Christmas present to the coupon crew . . .
In the Health & Beauty aids section above, you have all the coupons listed for the Advil sinus, (under the Robitussin) but you didn’t list the product or price.
Would THAT be the same price as the other Advil???
Oops! Sorry. My mistake. Looked at it wrong. Late. . . tired. . . overworked housewife! :-/
Hello, at FreshExpress.com there is a $0.75/1 Bacon Caesar Kit
Publix doesn’t carry that variety. Sorry
anyone know where the 2/1 snuggle hangtag has been found? i would love some free fabric softener!
For the Mama Mancini Meatballs, what does “In Ad Coupon” mean? Is that a paper coupon in the weekly Ad for this week? Is it a publix store coupon?
More than likely, You can always visit publix.com to verify your local ad and the coupons within the current weekly ad for your area, GOOD LUCK
Yes. It’s an in ad coupon. I purchased 6 and ripped them out of the new ad. They say manufacturer coupon on the front but cashier punched the coupon in like any other publix coupon. *FYI* The Manufacturer coupon stated above is for Turkey Meatballs and the Publix coupon is for Beef Meatballs. Mamma Mia!!!
The Publix Coupon just says meatballs and does not specify “beef”, so you can use it on the Turkey meatballs as well.
If its possible and allowed would anyone be able to email me the smart balance milk publix coupon. I didnt realize mine didnt print and now if wont let me. Of course the booklet they were in at the stores is long gone. Im not sure if its allowed to be done or even if it able to be done, but i know the I heart Publix family would be able to help me find out. Lol. Thanks
I don’t see the Rachel Ray dog food coupon. Anyone have any pointers? My picky puppy loves this stuff.
Cafe Bustello is on sale for $2.69 not 2/5 at least at our stores
Target.com has a $1.00 off one 10 oz Rotel when you purchase 3 avocados which are on sale for in Publix 1.00 each.
