Here is the sneak peek of the Publix ad and coupons that runs 9/5 to 9/11 (9/4 to 9/10 for some). Happy Labor Day everyone. It’s a pretty good ad with a gas card deal to boot!
As a reminder, this ad has the new shopping list. If you need any help just click the button on the shopping list page or go HERE to learn how to use this fabulous new feature.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
When you see the checkmark – those items are either a great price or a stockpile price with coupon(s). Some items are designated stock up price based on a coupon doubling, so if your store doesn’t double it may not be a stock up price for you.
Finally, make sure you click “Read More” to see the whole ad!
Italian Pizza Dough, BOGO $2.79

Thanks for the early ad!!
Wouldnt the Sheba cat food be a stock up price in the land of doubles? 10/$5 makes them .50 a piece, buy 3 use the b2g1 coupon, when they enter the sale price of .50 it will double making all 3 cans free.
No, with the b2g1 coupon, it will make them 3/$1. The land of doubles will have no affect on the this type of coupon and the sale price does not double, it will just be .50 per can.
OK well when they entire the amount of .50 it would double to $1. My math was wrong they would be 3/.50 instead of free.
There is a publix Q in the paws booklet also b2g1 so wouldnt you buy 1 get 2 free
Use the man Q BOGO peelie with the publix Q b2g1
then get 21 cans only pay for 17.
I just did this combined my other free coupon items plus a $5 wd competitor Q
My total was .35 cents plus tax.
If you can’t find the publix coupon book you can print them as well.
There is a Publix coupon on the Publix Paws booklet (I think you can also print them online) that is B2G1. you can stack them and get the $.50 per 3 cans.
Ashley, your free scenario worked for me… and I asked a manager to be sure. I bought 3 cans @.50 each for 1.50 total. B2G1 store coupon took off .50. B2G1 manu coupon (peelie) entered for .50 and doubled took off 1.00. So, yes it is free cat food for me (Yay!) I have lots of cans with peelies, so I am going back b/c my store does limit purchases to 10 sale items.
Thanks for the ad! Seems like a slow week for me. =/
I haven’t seen anything what I would like to buy. And I don’t have a space in the freezer anyway. I want to buy Ore-Ida potatoes before green advantage flyer would expire
Thanks for getting the ad up early on a hoilday! YOU ROCK!!!
As she should. That’s what she gets paid to do.
April, that comment was unnecessary and rude.
Wow…where do I pick up my check??? Tee hee. Apparently, I must be missing out on something. No one pays me to put up the ad. While I do have ads on the sidebar and will occasionally do sponsored posts, this is my personal site.
But hey, if you know someone who will pay me to put the ad up…send me the info I could use some extra moolah!!
Can’t get over this so rude comment! Michelle, I appreciate you. Delete that mean spirited post!
Agreed, delete. Thanks for these sneak peeks! I love I Heart Publix.
As do I!!!. For all those who DON”T like Michelle or her blog……simply go away.Michelle there are people who appreciate ALL you do. You’re the reason I love Mondays!
I so appreciate all you do. I could not do this without your post. You inspire me to work harder. I don’t know how you always find the time. Alabama loves you.
I agree, that was a very rude comment! You do get money when people click on certain coupon links within the ad posting though right? Maybe that’s what she meant, it just came out extremely rude.
You do so much and help out with my savings so much, that i’m willing to pay you. I can’t afford much though! haha
Let me say that someone like you is very selfless, you spend time out of your life to help others stay on budget. Its a very nice thing you do and all of us really appreciate it!!
Smh! Really? I’m saying a prayer for u tonite Ms April that the good Lord in Heaven replaces that rudeness u have in ur heart with some love, joy, peace, and happiness! Bless u, Michelle! Thank u for all u do!!!
AMEN! Thanks Michelle for your hard work! May the Lord Bless you!
So tacky. Just the type to show bravado on the internet. I’m sure you wouldn’t say that in person. Who is treating you so badly irl that you have to attack someone who is doing a good deed for you, sight unseen? Unless you don’t really come here to save; just your chance to spread misery.
Thanks Michelle! Your aren’t paid with money for putting up the ad, but I hope you receive many blessings for what you are doing for others.
April, honey, I think you need some of them hormones! Seriously, I do appreciate this site so much! I just can’t fathom how someone would have such a sense of entitlement that they think you owe it to them to work on a holiday.
So sad when people have to be online bullies. Really makes you feel sad for them. Bless your heart. Michelle doesn’t have to share this information with you-be appreciative. Hope things turn around for you real soon.
Ahh, the anonymity of the internet. It’s amazing to see what folks will say when they can hide behind a keyboard.
Anywho, thanks again for the early ad! If I could, I would totally pay you for what you do each week. You deserve it!
Oh my gosh, April, that is so rude! Michelle works very hard on this site and does it because she cares. She is not compensated for her hard work on here! The regular group of posters must have been raised quite a bit differently, because we all say thank you because we are grateful for everything she does!!!!
A little gratitude and saying thank you go a very long way!!!!!!
That remark was uncalled for!!!!
She is compensated through the coupon links, but do agree that the comment was rude. Must be one of those `extreme couponers` who feel the need to clear the shelves so they can admire their precious stockpile in the garage
Goodness, I’m hoping you just woke up on the wrong side of the bed and you’re not always completely rude to strangers for NO reason! Tsk, tsk!
Thank you again Michelle for taking your time to post all of this. I just could not get into couponing until I found your site. Now I am getting better at saving every week. Our family thanks you, you rock!
She may have just been kidding… I sometimes type things in and don’t read it back and then realize that my joke could be read as not so funny…. I say lets give her the benefit of the doubt and not all get crazy over a silly comment… . But yes- I also appreciate this site greatly and all the posts! They save me BUNCHES of money and my husband thinks I’m a rockstar every time I come home from the store… So THANK YOU!
wow really..u said that.. do u pay for this site..
I think April’s comment is misunderstood. Often times statements made in this format are. First let me say I absolutely love this site! It helps me every week to save. I am so thankful to have found it and Michele does a great job posting the ads. Thank you Michele!
Now, with that said, lets be honest here. While Michele provides a great service to us penny pinchin people, she is compensated. No, she is not compensated for posting the ad specifically, her compensation is based on ads and link usage by her visitors. The better the site, the more traffic. The more traffic, the more link usage. If Michele wants to be successful and earn some $$ in this endeavor, the service has got to be there. And boy do we all love when the next ad goes up early Monday morning. Its definately one of the things that keeps me coming back!
So, compensated or not, she IS providing a great service and doing an awesome job at it. Posting the next ad, even on a holiday, is pretty cool, don’t ya think? I’m not aware of any other sites that do that. I am so happy that she is in this line of “work” because she is great at it. There are some sucky sites out there.
So lets all give April a break here. Even though she said it poorly, she is right. Keep up the great work, Michele
Oh and I also think the “first” to respond to the ad is fun. Michelle, you should give away something for being first to respond. I bet those that have issues with people saying they are first would not have a problem anymore!
Have a great day!
I cannot figure out how to get to the Van’s survey to get the $3 coupon. I signed up for opinionit, but after I confirm my e-mail, I never see a july survey option to enter the LOVEVANS password. Did anyone figure it out? Thanks.
I think it may be gone. It said that the Vans was on the July survey, so they may have a different survey active now that it’s September. =(
Michelle, I picked up $1/1 Orbit for Kids coupons at Walmart this weekend.
It looks like a great stock-up week for meat:
Buy 7.6 lbs of that fantastic Sirloin Tip Roast $3.99/lb = $30.32
Use a $5/$30 Winn Dixie coupon = $25.32
Buy a $50 gas card = $50
Use a $10 gas card coupon = $40
Total = $65.32
Subtract the value of the gas card = $15.32 for 7.6 lbs of roast = $2.02/lb
That’s a fantastic price for good quality Sirloin Tip Roast!
Whoops! I read it as $30 of groceries! I need more coffee…
Let’s make this accurate, shall we?
Buy 12.6 lbs of Sirloin Tip Roast = $50.27
Use a $5/$30 Winn Dixie coupon = $45.27
Buy a $50 gas card = $50
Use a $10 gas card coupon = $40
Total = $85.27
Subtract the value of the gas card = $35.27 for 12.6 lbs = $2.79/lb
The Gas Card is now with a $50 grocery order. I think it used to be with a $25 order. (. Waahhhh
it was $30 here………yep what a bummer
Its always been with a $50.00 purchase in North Alabama
Or, if your store manager is especially nice:
Buy 15.1 lbs of Sirloin Tip Roast = $60.05
Use two $5/$30 Winn-Dixie coupons (ymmv) = $50.05
Buy a $50 gas card = $50
Use a $10 gas card coupon = $40
Total = $90.05
Subtract the value of the gas card = $40.05 for 15.1 lbs = $2.65/lb
Don’t forget that the official Publix policy is that “The order total must be equal to or greater than the combined purchase requirements indicated on the coupon(s) presented.” So if you want to use a gas card coupon and Winn-Dixie $5/$30, you’ll need to purchase $80 in groceries.
Nope. That’s only if you are using 2 $/$$ coupons where it requires a certain total amount of groceries purchased (If you used a $5/$30 Winn Dixie and a $5/$50 Publix, your total would need to be $80). The $10/$50 gas card requirement is met when you purchase the $50 gas card. You do have to purchase $50 worth of groceries to be able to purchase it but that’s the only requirement. However, most stores will not let you use the 2 $5/$30 Winn Dixie coupons because the official Publix corporate policy does state one Publix & one competitor.
Actually Bob is correct, most stores require an $80 purchase since the requirement of the Publix coupon is to purchase $50 to get the gas card. In order to use a 5/30 Winn Dixie you will need to purchase an addional 30 in groceries. If your store does not require that then consider yourself one of the fortunate ones.
The $10 off is on the gas not the food. So wouldn’t the winndixie coupons apply since it would go towards the food only???
When using 2 coupons with purchase requirements, you have to meet the requirements of both. In this case, the coupons don’t stack the same way a manufacturer and store coupon for the same item would. So the gas card is $10 off when you purchase $50 in groceries. The Winn-Dixie is $5 off when you purchase $30 in groceries. So you must purchase $80 in groceries to use both. It’s the same as if you have a Publix $5 off $30 and a Winn-Dixie $5 off $30. You can use both only if you purchase $60 in groceries.
Some stores used to take both coupons regardless but many in my area no longer do this.
Bob is correct. I even e-mailed corporate after my Publix started enforcing the policy. Corporate confirmed that you have to meet the sum total of all purchase requirements on the coupons — here, $80.
$1/1 Nabisco Grahamfuls in the Back to School booklet.
Thanks! Looks like I’ll be skipping Publix this week.

Sadly the Vans survey is from July and is no longer valid and the $1 off coupon says No longer available.
Also the Larabar coupon on their site doesn’t appear to be there anymore.

Is the tip roast good to cut into steaks?
Thank you Michelle!
Guys, on the Sheba food.
Your best bet, if you have the BOGO MQ peelies, is to buy 6.
Use 3 BOGO MQS – takes off 3 of them
Use 2 B2G1 from the Pet Booklet (PQs) – takes off 2
= you pay for one. So you pay .50c for 6 of them.
My cat will be super happy about the Sheba
I have so much of the Sheba. Between the BOGO peelies… I got a bunch for free with the BOGO PQs from July… then a few weeks ago, they were 10 for $5… used BOGO qs = 2.50 for 10, and $1/1 TQ = 10 for 1.50… and now with this new coupon, I got 18 the other day paid for 3… and 6 today, paid for 1 (padding to get my orders up to $30)… and now next week, a little cheaper even!. I still have about 20 of those BOGO MQs!
Proven fact: Publix boxed organic salad greens last WAY longer than other brands. That will be my weekly pick!!
If I win the $25 coupon, I’ll be ecstatic!
$1/1 one box Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
kids will be happy about this one
Thanks! My kids LOVE Cinnamon Toast Crunch so much, we should buy stock in it.
Hi all! I’ve had some family health issues the last few weeks and haven’t been keeping up with the ads like I should. Did I miss the BOGO Jiff Peanut Butter that Publix usually has this time of year? That’s my PB stock up for the year. With my luck, I’ve missed it.
I know the big one was bogo get one maybe three or four weeks ago.
Sorry about the health issues.
I have a question in regards to the Winn Dixie manufacture coupon on the ragu pasta sauce. Has anyone had any issue redeeming them at publix? I’ve seen many people do so but I thought it was wrong to use the coupon and combine it with a publix coupon. Technically the manufacture coupon states with Winn Dixie beef, shouldn’t it be accepted as a competitor coupon due to the purchase of Winn Dixie beef? If so wouldn’t it be wrong to combine the publix q? I just wanted a little clarification, I only use the coupon at Winn Dixie since I felt it was wrong to use at publix.
I wondered this myself today, so did a dry run at Publix. They scanned, and 2 different managers confirmed they would submit for redemption and were confident they would be reimbursed. I can’t speak for EVERY Publix. That’s just what happened at my store today. They didn’t hesitate.
Thank you, I’ve wondered if it would work. I’m guessing I should try stores that take Winn Dixie as a competitor just to be safe lol.
Looks like the ConAgra rebate is until the end of this month as was not mentioned on the Orville Redenbacher’s.
Where can I find this Make Their School Day Great Booklet or other booklets?
I asked at Publix and they don’t know.
i ended up buying them off ebay cause i looked everywhere and couldn’t find them
Thanks for all your tips! Question: I know Publix allows stacking SQ and MQ, but am I allowed to use 2 SQ (One from Target and one from Publix) and a MQ on the same item?
Thanks for your guidance! I am new at this! God bless!
You can either use a SQ and a MQ or a CQ and a MQ, not all 3 on one item.
For anyone who is going to the store before the ad ends, the Marie Callenders pot pies at 50% I skipped right over on the list but noticed in the store and grabbed a few. The 10 oz chicken pot pies were $1.95 before sale so a little under $1 for a tasty lunch!
