publix frozen club Reminder Marie Callender’s and Healthy Choice Frozen Food Club (Earn $20 Publix Gift Cards!)
I wanted to give you guys a reminder about the Marie Callender’s and Healthy Choice Frozen Food Club where you can earn up to (2) $20 Publix gift cards when you buy Marie Callender’s or Healthy Choice Frozen products at Publix. You guys know I love earning perks and rewards for the things that I regularly buy. Publix gift cards are definitely my kind of perk!

It is super easy to earn your gift card. All you have to do is join the Frozen Food Club and purchase any FROZEN product from Marie Callender’s or Healthy Choice at Publix through 4/30/2013. Then you just need to submit your receipt(s) (either online or via regular mail). Once you have purchased $55 in participating products you will earn your $20 Publix gift card! You can earn up to two gift cards during the promotion period. Yep – that’s $40 back just for buying great tasting items!

To get started, just head over and create an account. You will be able to upload a picture of your receipt and then your submission will be reviewed within 24 hours (M-F) and your account will be updated. So, you will be able to keep track of your account and know exactly what amount you need to earn your gift card.

Check out the FAQ link at the bottom of the registration page for specifics on the program as well as what you need to do submit your receipt. They give very clear details on what you need to include in your receipt submission and even offer a way to participate without using your computer at all. You can upload or submit receipts as many times as you would like during the program period.

Here are the basic instructions (see the FAQs page for more details)

  1.  Head over and register to participate in the program.  An account in your name will be created.
  2. Go to your local Publix store from 2/1/2013 through 4/30/2013 and purchase any Marie Callender’s or Healthy Choice FROZEN products and KEEP YOUR RECIEPT(s).
  3. Take a picture of your receipt that includes all of the necessary detail (you can scan your receipt and create a pdf if you prefer).  Click Here for an example.  The image must contain:
    • Publix store name
    • The entire receipt showing store name printed at the top and the register transaction code at the bottom (a line of numbers starting with the date and extends from left to right). This is a Publix unique number. Reference the example and the circled line at the bottom of the receipt.
    • All Marie Callender’s and Healthy Choice FROZEN items that you purchased (with the purchase price circled)
  4. Access your account and upload your receipt. You may also download a Mail-in-Form from the site and mail-in your receipt(s).  If you don’t have access to a computer, you may complete and submit the form found in the frozen meal aisle at Publix or call 888-532-8999 to register

Here are a couple of deals in the current Publix ad if you want to stock your freezer this week:

Ok so in this instance of a BOGO sale, would it only count for the amount of the one product? Or for both? Like if you got the 2 Marie’s Bakes, would you get $11.58 credit, or only $5.79?

    • sunbear says:

You would earn $5.79 towards the $55 as that is what is shown on your receipt for the 2 items. But you would earn that $5.79 even if you then used coupons to make the actual OOP price paid for the 2 products lower.

So simplified (in a number of transactions?), you could buy 20 Marie’s Bakes for $57.90. Then use (10) $1/2 MQs and only pay $47.90. Then submit your rebate for a $20 Publix GC, making your total price $27.90, or just $1.40 per item.

Great per item price, but you know we got $1.24 per family meal on Stouffer’s last week so I see no need to fill up my freezer with Marie’s Bakes and Healthy Choice meals for this deal. I just don’t have room and get too bored with frozen meals.

I bought 10 of the Marie Callendar’s bakes this week @ $5.79 BOGO (true BOGO not 50% off) and submitted for the rebate. I got confirmation that I met the $55 threshold and qualified for one $20 gift card. My actual total was $28.95 minus the $1/2 x 5. So, after $20 gift card it works out to be $3.95 for 10 bakes. Great deal!

Michelle, that’s odd…I applied for 2 bogo MC bakes and 4 of the the 4/$10 Healthy Choice meals. It gave me a credit for 15.79 NOT 21.58; i.e. I did not receive credit toward the free MC bake even though I had the price circled and in my total — they adjusted it down to compensate for the freebie.

Any one else seeing credit for the free items? If so, should we dispute?

  2. Ashley says:

Also, does it need to equal $55 before or after coupons?

  3. Jude says:

I am very disappointed that there are no vegetarian Cafe Steamers. I have $1/1 coupons I would love to have used.

  4. Angela says:

Does anyone know how long it takes to get your receipt approved? I guess I’m spoiled with ibotta but I posted a receipt with this last week and it still has not shown up as approved.

  5. Melissa says:

Just wanted to note that the print out Publix coupon says any two marie callender or healty choice frozen items so it does not have to be the single serve and it can stack with the BOGO…some may want to take their reciepts back and get credit.
