  1. ROcky says:

Can somebody exlain to me the nutri grain deal and how its free? Im so lost!! Thanks :)

    • Michelle. says:

      Hi Rocky!

That deal depends on two things – whether or not you have ‘True BOGO’ in your area, and whether the Nutrigrain Crunch are included. If you have true BOGO AND Nutrigrain crunch are included in the sale – then the sale will “pay” for one box of regular Nutrigrain while the Publix Coupon will “pay” for the Nutrigrain Crunch.

      Hope this helps!!

      • mary says:

This is one of those deals I keep talking about when people complain about not having doubled coupons. This deal is absolutely awesome and I will be spending an arm and a leg to stock up on Nutrigrain bars in the land of half price BOGO and doubles. Lucky ducks!!!

        • jenni says:

I’m in half priced BOGO too, and I’ve got it figured that I’ll spend about $3 on 12 boxes!
(using the NLA $1/2 coupons, $.70 off Nutri-Grain Crunch, 2 $1.50/1 Kellogs coupon, matched with the Publix Q and sale)

Still not as good as overage… but I’m pretty stoked on it!

          • Shannon G says:

This just goes to show you that sometimes true bogo gets the better deal, but sometimes… well, I’m not at all unhappy in the land of the half-priced bogo! We can all manage to find some great deals!

And I’ve got a few of those $1/2 NLA coupons left! I’m very excited to use those!

  2. Astrid says:

Why wouldn’t the mueller’s be free as well with the BOGO coupon & sale?

  3. Jeremy says:

i will be getting the Lipton tea, wishbone, Cheerios ; & a couple of more deals

  4. Kristin says:

Hi everyone! Does anyone know if the fresh pizza dough is ok to freeze?

  5. April M. says:

I found tearpads for Vitalicious $1 off any product Publix Q at my Publix.

  6. Angela says:

Has anyone else noticed the price of bacon has gone up? Smithfield bacon is usually priced at 3/$10 (or $3.33 each) and now it is sale priced at 2/$8 ($4.00 each). This is our favorite brand, so I know the sale prices! I know there’s supposed to be some kind of shortage, so I’m wondering how high the prices will climb. I have a nice little stock in the freezer now, but wondering if maybe I should add to it…

    • Shannon G says:

I have noticed! We love Smithfield bacon too. Fortunately I stocked up last time they were on 3/$10 and there was a $1/2 MFG and $1/2 Store coupon.

I plan on waiting it out, since I’ve got at least another 3 months of bacon left. If you want to pick up a few packs, there are is the $1/2 PQ and I think there is also a MQ too, so you should be able to get a pack for $3/ea.

So Publix has digital coupons? Wonder why NOT in my area? We don’t even have loyalty cards, but I can still get great deals using coupons! I’m still learning!!

  8. debby340 says:

Would you not be able to get 2 free pkgs of the Mueller’s Hidden Veggie, if you used 2 coupons? I am in true BOGO land, and Publix’ coupon policy says you can use a coupon on each item, or would that not count as 1 item is free? I can usually use a coupon on each even though 1 is free, but I’m not sure in this case? Is it a matter of YMMV??

  9. Lacey says:

Was wondering if anyone knows the price of Nivea lip care products at Publix? I have the $3/2 from the Sunday paper and there is a $1/1 in the Publix sweetheart savings. Jw if anyone has used this deal.

  10. kim says:

Hey what is the target valentopia coupon?? where is it?

  11. Busy army spouse says:

Does anyone have any Yakisoba coupons they don’t want?

    • Allison says:

I had to order some (.50/1)…but in this case it was worth it when Publix is basically paying me .50 for every one that I buy. Best I found on Ebay was about .21 each but will be .29 MM for me for each one = )

      • Bethany F. says:

Same here…I ordered them on e-bay for around $0.18 each so I’ll make $0.32 per coupon so that’s well worth the price of ordering coupons. I ordered two different batches but if they don’t all get here in time that’s fine too because they will still make free products and the expiration date is in April so they may go BOGO again before they expire. My boys love these so either way is awesome to me.

Is there a page that tells us what all the abbrevations mean? I am new to the site and don’t know the lingo yet. My main one is SS? what insert is that?
    Thank in advance!

    • Alice says:

      Kim,

SS is Smart Source. One of the coupon inserts that come in the Sunday paper. The others are Red Plum = “RP” and Proctor & Gamble = PG.

Just in case you were wondering. (this one took me awhile to figure out) A “Blinkie” is the coupons you get from the little black coupon boxes at the grocery store. Usually located down an isle.

Has anyone tried the speed stick deal? I just went and mine rung as 2/$2.79 instead of 2/$1.99. I think it’s still a good price for speed stick but I would have loved for the free deo. I’m going back tomorrow and see what the shelf price is and try to talk to someone and see what’s going on? Anybody else have it happen to them? Oh and it’s a publix from Anderson, SC.

  17. june says:

Publix has changed the price on the Speed Stick.. There are no longer $1.99.. Ours are $2.15 in the Atl metro area..

    • Amy says:

Ok, I figured they probably did. I wish I had the $2.15 price but it’s still a good deal for me. Thanks for the response.

  18. kim says:

what is the target valentopia? I would appreciate if someone could answer me =)

This is a questions for you techys out there. I cannot print any coupons from websites that use Java. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, still nothing. I’m missing a ton of great deals! Can anyone help?

    • Abby says:

I’ve found that no matter what, my FireFox will NOT print Java Q’s. However, on the same computer with same printer, Internet Explorer prints them just fine. Try changing your browser!

    • Shannon G says:

Well, first, can you clarify is it a Java or Javascript issue that you’re having? They’re different, so could the solution could be different depending on which one. Here are a few quick tips though:

      1. Use Google Chrome. If you look through the blog posts and forums, Chrome has consistently better results with coupon printing. Explorer is slow and is kind of iffy on printing. Firefox is all but a lost cause.

      2. If you are using Chrome and having the problem, or are attached to IE, try these steps:make sure you have the newest version of Java from a reliable source. Never click on a pop-up that tells you need an update, because there’s no guarantee their download is safe. (java. com/ getjava but take out the spaces)

      3. Make sure your printer is on and working and that you’re not set to print to pdf. Coupon printers won’t work if you do that.

      4. Check your browser settings. Common issues: Javascript not enabled, cookies not enabled and pop-up blockers. (Yes, all that stuff is intended to keep us safe online but can keep us from printing coupons)

      5. Clear browser history, cache, clear cookies and so on.

      6. If you’ve tried all of the above things and you’re still not able to print… Maybe it’s a computer issue? Some coupon printing programs require certain software/hardware specifications.

Aaaaand that’s all I’ve got. Hope that helps!

      • Shannon G says:

Oh! And one more thing… You can also uninstall and reinstall your coupon printing software by going under your computer’s uninstall/reinstall control panel. If you ended up with a bad download of the printer software, that’s one thing you can try.

And before anyone get’s excited… Uninstalling and reinstalling the coupon printer software will not reset your print limits… I checked, lol.

    • Kendra says:

There is an error with Java and Firefox. Use Internet Explorer or Chrome and it should work fine!
