  1. Shatoya says:

Yahoo!!! Thanks guys!!! Guess I will be heading out to Publix in the AM.

  2. Tameka says:

How many do we pick up if you are in True BOOG?

  3. Jennifer says:

How is it free, because don’t they ring up “half price”?

    • Florida publix rings up bogo as the 1st one at full price, the 2nd one at .00. So when they have a bogo coupon. That means they take the price off the 1st item. So that means they get both items for free. Where in other states, it rings up 1/2 off instead of a true bogo.

      • Jennifer says:

I’m in Alabama and they ring up 1/2 price here (so you don’t have to purchase 2 in order to get the sale price). Guess since it’s not a true BOGO here, then I won’t get the boxes free with overage.

    • Meghan says:

In true BOGO, they ring up as both pfull price, and then the regisster deducts the price for one of them. You can then use the BOGO q to deduct the price of the second one, making both FREE! :) If you use the MQ, you then have a MM.

  4. Candace says:

I received an email from kellogg a week or two ago with a $0.70/1 Nutri-Grain Fruit Crunch bars coupon to make for an even better deal!

  5. Kareemah says:

Do I use 2 of the $1/2 coupons and 1 of the sales advantage flyer coupons on 6 boxes? I am not in a true BOGO.

  6. Michelle Cole says:

I think you can use only one $1/3 MQ since it specifically states 8 count Nutri Grain bars. I did get an e-mail from Kellogg’s on January 30th though with a $0.70/1 box of Nutri-grain fruit crunch bars. Can I use this MQ paired with a PQ even if it’s already free? Thanks!

  7. shawn says:

Forgive my ignorance here…how does it end up being free?

    Product ‘A’ is B1G1 Free (Nutri-Grain Bars)

and for each one of those you buy, you can buy “Product ‘B’” B1G1 Free as well (which is Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain Fruit Crunch)?

So how does that get you free…or overage, or are you implying that the two products are the same so the B1G1 ad + the B1G1 coupon will score you both products free?

(cause note that the cereal bars are what is B1G1 and are 8 or 16 count, and the other is the Crunch bars, which is the 10 count)

    confused…HELP!!!

  8. Ann-Marie says:

Thanks for this. I generally would not have bought these, but for FREE, I will.

  9. Stacie says:

The $1/3 I printed states 8 count only so cannot be used on the fruit crunch bars which are 10 count

    • mauraflorida says:

The $1/3 is also only for cereal bars. The FC bars are granola bars. My $0.70/1 Q for the Fruit Crunch bars (emailed from KRF on Jan 30) says 5-count boxes, and those are likely the ones that are on the BOGO sale.

  10. amy says:

How do I add this to my current shopping list here on iheartpublix I’ve always wondered..is there a how to link?

  11. shawn says:

The $1.00/3 is for cereal bars, not the crunch bars

And the GAV coupon reads, “…WYB Nutri-Grain Bars, 8 or 16 ct”

The Crunch bars are 10 ct so how is this a match at all???

    • Jess says:

Oh wow. Good reading. Damage is done with the posting though. They’ll be wiped out.

    • shawn says:

      ahhh…I got it now:

Because the crunch are included in the B1G1 promotion, for each nutrigrain, you get a crunch, and since the coupon gets you a free crunch for each nutrigrain, THAT’S where they offset each other.

And then you need to buy them in clusters of 2, with the coupon in a cluster of 3 so LCD being 6, you buy three pairs of each, that satisfies the B1G1, the coupon, and the offset.

That makes sense…well…looks like I’ll be stocking up on Kelloggs in the AM.

    • Meghan says:

      This is my breakdown:
      3 Nutrigrain Bars
      3 Crunch Bars
      BOGO
Use 3 Publix Qs: BO Nutrigrain Box, GO Crunch Box = all 6 Boxes free (I live in true BOGO land)

Use $1/3 M Coupon for Nutrigrain Bars ($1 MM)
      Use (3) $0.70/1 M Coupon for Crunch Bars ($2.40 MM) (Kelloggs e-mail)
      TOTAL: $3.40 MM

Anyone see any issues? I believe these are all matches

      • Doug W says:

You shouldn’t be able to use the .70/1 Qs with the BOGO Qs, according to Publix coupon policy:
Q: I have a BOGO manufacturer’s coupon. Can another manufacturer’s coupon be used for either of these items?
A: No. When the manufacturer issues a BOGO coupon, it requires the purchase of two items. So, because you have to purchase both items to meet the coupon’s requirements, a manufacturer’s coupon has already been applied to both items.

      • Meghan says:

So I went to Publix this morning and… they don’t even have the crunch bars! They say they might have them on tomorrow morning’s truck. LOL!!!

  12. Jess says:

These are going to be impossible to find around here. Looks like an early AM Publix trip for me tomorrow! Thanks for the deal info!

  13. Sherrell says:

I bought 6 boxes on Sunday (3 cereal, 3 fruit crunch). Basically the scenario you describe above. I live in FL. Does Publix typically price match their sales within a week? Wondering if I can go back and get the difference…

    • Judy says:

Several times, I’ve taken back items that I bought the week before an ad shows them on sale. I show them my receipt and tell them I want the better price. I’m always prepared to say “I want to return them” if they don’t give me the better price. If I bought the items more than a week or ten days (ten days being the limit) before the ad, I “eat it” (don’t try to return them).

      ;)

  14. Michelle says:

Thanks for the heads up guys…I adjusted the scenario to show only one printable –still a darn good deal for us in half price BOGO. I know you guys in True BOGO are doing a little happy dance ;-)

    • shawn says:

I’ll be curious to see what they’ll let me raincheck…being that everything will be completely free – it’s a no brainer not to, even if you’re just wanting to use it to donate.

  15. Margaret says:

Some weeks ago I printed a $1/2 Nutrigrain bars coupon from coupons.com. It expires 2/14. My scenario looks like this -

Buy 4 boxes Nutrigrain Bars ($7.20)
Buy 4 boxes Fruit Crunch Bars (Free from BOGO)
    Use 2 $1/2 Nutrigrain Bars MQ (-$2)
Use 4 FREE Fruit Crunch Bars PQ (-$7.20)
Use 2 .70/1 Fruit Crunch Bars MQ (-$1.40)

    $3.40 MM

Please let me know if my math is off. I am in True BOGO country.

  16. Debbie says:

I have a question that hopefully someone can answer for me. How can you get the coupon deals (such as this one) when your store did not have any of the Grocery Advantage Flyers . I wasn’t able to shop at Publix until this past Sunday and the flyers were all gone. The person at the Service Desk said she didn’t even have one there for me to look at. I would like to get in on this deal, in addition to the others I had on my list on Sunday. Is there anything I can do or do I just miss out and wait for another deal to come along?

    • Lila says:

That is so strange, my store always has tons of those flyers. I am sorry about that Debbie. I wish I could send it to you, but the coupons expire on the 15th and there won’t be enough time for them to get there. Why don’t you try to call Publix and ask them? I would think they should try to assist you.

    • Jacqueline C says:

I have had this same scenario in the past. I spoke to the store manager and they were able to locate a copy , found the lu number and had the cashier ring it for me. If they know that it is their store coupon , they are usually more than happy to accomodate you. I hope this helps:)

    • jenni says:

my store keeps a copy at each register, just for look up purposes…… so maybe that would be an option

  17. NIKKI M says:

    I am buying 6 regular nutrigrain bars bogo 3.59 = 10.77
    - (2) $1/3 man
    = 8.77
Then I am getting the 6 fruit crunch bars free with (6) b1g1 publix coupons in flyer, which actually makes 12 free because they are bogo
    - (6) $.70/1 man
    - (2) $1.50/1 man (both from kelloggs family rewards)
    = 8.77 – 7.20 = 1.57
    Minus $5/$25 from Save-A-Lot = $3.43 in overage for 18 boxes! :)

  18. Julia says:

did anybody try it today in Wed ad areas? Would be nice to know if they let you use MQ with the sale and bogo Publix coupon?

    • NIKKI M says:

Of course, because a one is a sale, the other is a store coupon, so you can use a manufacturer coupon for sure.

      • Lila says:

Yes! I got 10 boxes of Nutrigrain Bars today for free and a got a couple of dollars of overage with my manufacture coupons, that made my paper towels free too! It was so exciting! Although when we had the same deal with the Gevalia coffee, it was on BOGO sale and there was a Publix BOGO coupons plus there were manufacturer coupons, they wouldn’t let me use the manufacturer coupons, they said that too many people were trying to get money back or a giftcard from the overage. So I guess it depends on the store and the managers there.

  19. Briana says:

18 boxes? Really? So, when I go to get 2, there won’t be any left.

    • NIKKI M says:

no need to get an attitude, our stores always have a ton

      • Vanga says:

Many stores do not have a ton, and they do run out thanks to the greedy people.

        • Sara says:

My Publix honors all coupons with a rain check even after expiration. I have a family to feed too on a limited budget so I also buy as many as I can of the best deals that we eat. Most of the time I end up getting a raincheck because they honor the coupons.

        • Crystal H. says:

I don’t think you should judge people for how many items they buy. You never know other people’s situations or family size. Maybe Nikki M has a few kids that eat a lot. Maybe she or her kids take one to work/school every morning for breakfast. Maybe 18 boxes might only last her a couple months. I think the deal she got is awesome and I would do the same thing!!!

          • NIKKI M says:

            Thank you :)

          • chelle4682 says:

I also agree. What’s the difference between her getting 18 boxes and 3 people getting 6 boxes each? The rest of the people would have to get rainchecks, that’s what rainchecks are for. As long as your store allows it, I think it is fine. I had this discussion with the assistant general manager( I see all the time) he says he think it’s great and it allows product to move from there warehouse making room for more up to date products AND it’s his job to try to make sure to keep a good stock of all products no matter how many people buy.

    • Laura says:

I agree with the ladies below. No need to get judgmental. Just because we take that many boxes doesn’t mean we are clearing shelves. Publix is ALWAYS outstanding about keeping BOGO items in stock and if they happen to run out they ALWAYS issues rain checks. Right now I’m at a point in my life where I’m feeding 5 adults in my household. I could buy 24 boxes of Nutri Grain bars and they would last maybe 6 months.

      • Toni says:

Laura, what’s your secret? LOL! As soon as my kids got home from school, they were asking for some today. I’ll be lucky to get 26 lunches out of my 12 boxes, that’s if they don’t eat any on the weekend :)

    • Pam says:

When I read this I think to myself….wow just 2…..this is time to stock up!! After a couple weeks when those two boxes are all gone Nikki will still be eating on her stockpile for free!

      • NIKKI M says:

        LOL so true!

        • robin says:

18 boxes will make it less than two weeks in my house with three kiddos so…yeah. I’ll be buying around that and possibly more and I’m only talking about in my first trip. There will be many. My store has an entire end cap, two giant bins in the front and regular aisle space FULL of the NutriGrain bars so I don’t think it’s an issue.

  20. Carolin says:

My sale doesn’t start until Thursday. I better stop by to get my free nutri- grain bars before going to work. I almost fell out of my chair while reading which coupons were on the boxes of Nutri-Grain. The $1 off fruit looks like $10 when you are reading quickly. I had a good laugh at myself. Thanks to Happy for clarifying the sale!

  21. mauraflorida says:

$1.50/1 MQ for any Kellogg’s bars or Krispie Treats or Marshmallow Squares 5-count or larger. Nutri-Grain is pictured. 1,000 points = 2 Qs

Also, anyone who is signed up for Kellogg’s Family Rewards got an email on January 30 with a Q for $.070/1 Fruit Crunch Bars 5-count package. Someone on the forum mentioned it. I dug mine out of gmail trash and printed them (two prints).

  22. mauraflorida says:

PS – The boxes with the Kellogg’s Family Rewards logo will be worth 80 points each.

  23. Meg says:

    Doing the happy dance. :)
2 boxes of cereal bars $3.59
    – (2) $1.50/1 MC = $0.59
4 boxes of fruit crunch bars $7.18
    – (2) b1g1 Publix coupons = $0.00
    – (2) $0.70/1 MC = -$1.40
    Total : -$0.81

  24. Mary says:

I can print coupons from all sites except this one with Kellogs, I have called and just give my points to a friend now….just now worth it

  25. Sara says:

Can you still get the free Crisp bar coupons at the store?

  26. Christy says:

This is such a good deal even if you only have the publix one

  27. liliya says:

I agree with you Crystal, was just about to post the same answer. Plus ladies, we are all here with the same purpose, save money on our groceries and help others when we can, let’s not be rude to each other.

  28. gerrie says:

My Publix pulled the page from the flyer. Apparently people were taking advantage of this deal even though they were legit deals.

    • Lila says:

What do they mean by taking advantage though? Ofcourse people are going to try and get as many free things as possible, they should have just put the limit on the product instead of not letting anybody have it. It doesn’t sound right that they did that. Are they allowed to do that?

      • Gerrie says:

The CSM told me that everyone was getting everything free so they took the coupons out of the flyer. Since you are not actually buying at least 1 item after coupons but this doesn’t sound right to me. I think they will be getting a call from me tomorrow.

  29. Toni says:

I just ran the deal a few minutes ago and did:

    (6) Nutri-Grain Cereal Bars $3.49 x 3 = $10.47
    (6) Nutri-Grain Granola Bars $3.49 x 3 = $10.47
    (2) Butterball (2lbs) Original burgers $6.99 on unadvertised sale x 2 = $13.98

    Total $34.92

    and used:

    (1) $5/$30 Winn Dixie q
    (2) $1.50/1 mq from Kellogg’s
    (1) $1/2 mq dollar general printable
    (2) $1/3 mq
    (2) $1/1 mq for the turkey burgers
    (6) BOGO Nutri-grain PQ

For a grand total of $.98

Great stock up for cereal/granola bars and 4 lbs of turkey meat

  30. Tameka says:

I need help on this: I have (4) $1/3 (4) $.70 and (3)$1/2 . If I buy 18 Nutrigrains on BOGO and I get 18 Fruit Crunch free , how will the other 9 nutrigran bars be free when the Publix coupon states that you get the crunch bar free when you buy the nutrigrain? So confusing. Will I get 18 Nutrigrain bars and 18 Crunch bars free, plus $9.80 of overage???

  31. lisa says:

My publix pulled all the pages out of the flyers:(

  32. John says:

Assuming there’s some left by the time I can go, Will it be frowned upon if I just checkout with 6 free bars?

  33. Teresa says:

I purchased 2 used 1 public coupon. I paid 1.65. I met another couponer, she had twelve boxes, she said she would be paying about 1.50 for all. With the publix coupon and 1 off 3 MQ.

  34. liliya says:

Gerrie, let me know how it goes if you call them.

  35. Laura says:

Okay…don’t hate me people, but I think I can actually understand why they would pull those coupons. If you think about it, Publix is losing money on this deal. First the BOGO sale is THEIR promotion and the coupon is also THEIR promotion. They will not be reimbursed by the manufacture for this deal.

Now, I do think they need to be more careful how they schedule their sales versus what STORE coupons are out there. Although, I believe they should honor their mistake for those who still have the coupons, I totally understand why they pulled them.

    • Crystal H. says:

This is not a rare occurence for an item to be on sale at the same time there is a PQ and a MQ out (which sometimes causes you to get overage). This happens ALL THE TIME. This is not a mistake. This the manufacturer’s way of promoting their product. When an item goes on sale and when there is a PQ, Publix has an agreement with the manufacturer and they get some kind of payment from the manufacturer. They are not completely out that money. Plus, the manufacturer pays Publix back for all of the MQ’s that they turn in plus an $0.08 handling fee per coupon. I would think that they could get in trouble for taking the coupons out of the flyers. I think that is just wrong and I would write to corporate if they did that at my store.

      • Laura says:

The coupon in the flyer is NOT a MQ. It’s a store coupon. No reimbursement is made by the manufacturer. Again, I still think they should honor their mistake, but I understand why they did it. They need to be more careful how they schedule they sales and coupons. Again not talking about Manufacturer’s coupons.

    • Cassie says:

I totally agree with you, Laura. Publix may need to be more mindful of their promotions in the future, but I definitely do not see an issue with them pulling the coupons which are still in their possession. As long as they honor the coupons which have been distributed, I think it’s completely fair. Just my opinion, but I agree…

      • Crystal H. says:

Publix doesn’t put on these promotions. The manufacturers do. The manufacturers pay Publix when a sale item is sold. It’s their way of promoting their products; and believe me, they know EXACTLY what they are doing.

  36. steven rodier says:

Kellogg’s rewards website still has the $1.50 off Nutri-grain bars for 1000 points each…you can print 2 of each if you open the coupons page and before printing open a 2nd page. Then print the first one, close that page and print the second one.

    • LuvPublix2 says:

I don’t think we should be printing a second one. In the email, it says…

      * Please note that there is a limit of ONE PRINT per coupon redeemed *

  37. liliya says:

Did anybody email Michelle by any chance, I wonder if she knows what’s right and what’s wrong. Unfortunately I can’t email from my phone. But if anybody does, please share. Thanks

  38. Shantel says:

I just hope my Publix lets me use my coupons tomorrow morning. I’m going at 8am straight to the cereal aisle first, then to get the Yakisoba noodles next ;-)

  39. Miranda says:

I just did this deal I bought 12 boxes using 6 publix coupons and 2 mq for &1/3. Had problems with $2 overage because thaw says No Cash Back on it. Just a heads up

  40. Ashley C says:

I couldnt find the crunch at one store this morning and the other had them on an end cap. They had maybe 30-40 of the crunch bars and maybe that many cereal bars between all the flavors down the cereal aisle.

  41. liliya says:

Can somebody please explain what is going on with these? The store pulled out al the coupons, the manager said call the corporate, I did they said “the information we have is you are not getting them both free, you should talk to the manager.” Did anybody else call?

  42. Amanda says:

I went to Publix last night. I had 4 $1/2 Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain Cereal Bars & 4 B1G1 coupon. So they wound up paying me to take these home. I got $4 back for 8 boxes. Yay!

  43. Debbie says:

Thanks Lila, Jacqueline, and Jenni for your replys. I called Publix yesterday and the person at the Customer Serviice Desk found one of these flyers and put it aside for me to pick up when I got off work. I picked it up and used the BOGO PQ for the Rice Crispy Treats and did 2 deals. I don’t know how many deals they will let me do on the BOGO NutriGrain Bars with just the one PQ, but at least I won’t miss the deal completely. I really appreciate you gals for helping me out and Michelle for posting all the great deals. P.S. Lila, that was so sweet of u to offer to mail me some of the flyers. We only have 1 Publix in my town and if it weren’t for this site I would miss out on getting the deals in the Grocery Advantage Flyer altogether because they rarely have any flyers left when I go to shop. Never have this problem with the other Advantage Flyer. They always have plenty of those. I guess I need to remember to run out and pick some up the day they put them out even if I don’t have time to shop that day. Again, Many Thanks to you Ladies. Happy Valentine’s Day! Debbie

  44. Krystal says:

I JUST DID THIS DEAL IN NAPLES AND MY STORE HAD ABOUT 20 OF EACH BAR! :)

  45. Wendy says:

If I buy (2) BOGO deals of the Nutrigrain cereal bars, (4) boxes total, how many of the Publix free boxes of crunch bars can I use? 2 or 4?

  46. abigail says:

what are the dates the BOGO sale goes through?? i’m confused….

  47. Kim says:

I did this deal before the BOGO using the Publix and MFG Qs and it was still a great deal. I can understand why Publix doesn’t want to pay us to take home food. And unfortunately, there are people who will clear the shelves. (I’m not talking 10-20 boxes, but 50-100). There are three Publix stores within a 5-mile radius of my house and if I go to the store Friday afternoon (the day after the sale starts) all the deals are gone. We all make mistakes and I would rather Publix take action to limit their losses rather than limit or cut back on future deals because of this.

  48. Shantel says:

I got 6 boxes today at my Riverivew FL Publix!

  49. Patty says:

Went this morning and got 6 boxes. 3 had coupons on the back. So went back and got 6 more and 3 boxes of strawberries. With the overage form the man coupons I paid $1 for all. Put the bars in the valentines bags for my daughters class and made strawberry shortcakes for the staff. Happy camper!!! Happy Valentines Day to all.

  50. nellie says:

is the crunch bar bogo regional? publix from my job was not bogo and the price was $.20 highter than nutrigrain.

  51. Madeline says:

I purchased 40 boxes of Nutri-Grain bars (20 boxes of crunch and 20 regular).
I got them all for free plus $4 overage with the $1/3 coupons!

I absolutely disagree with the people who disagree with buying large quantities.

There’s nothing wrong with taking advantage and stocking up on good deals. I don’t feel bad for Publix, trust me, they’re not losing any money. Times are tough, and people like me are just trying to get by with a family and kids.

Also, how do you know that those like me are keeping all of the boxes? We give to family who are also in need, and donate a lot of it.

I dont feel bad for publix…I feel bad for someone that just wants 2 or 4 boxes and cant get them because someone went in and bought 40…If that’s what you want to do..speak to the manager and let them put them aside for you. But PLEASE dont try to convince anyone that getting 40 boxes of anything is just “buying in large quantities” AND rather than donate, why dont you leave a few boxes for someone else that uses coupons so they dont have to rely on your charity, they can get them themselves…Its called shelf clearing..and Yep, youre guilty.

      • Madeline says:

I agree, I hate going into the store and seeing that there’s no more of a certain item left on the shelf. That’s why I called the store beforehand and made sure the store had a big stock. I left the store, without clearing the shelves whatsoever. They had a whole endcap full, as well as the aisle. So, yes, I am guilty, and I am guilty of nothing but couponing, saving money, and donating to charity. If you want to bash me for donating to charity, than keep it to yourself.

        • sue says:

Spin this however you would like….The truth is the truth.

          • Cassie says:

I can totally see where Madeline is coming from on this one, especially considering she is giving it to charity. I think it’s awesome that she’s donating to charity- I do the same thing for free items. It’s awesome because not only do I get credit for being “charitable” by donating something I paid nothing for, but I also get a deduction on my taxes for the fair market value of the items I donate! It’s win-win! Sorry everyone else, I totally understand your arguments, however, considering you were probably too busy earning a living or taking care of your kids to call 10 stores first to check their stock, you lose!! I’m glad we can be the smart ones, right Madeline :)

        • Laura says:

I’m gonna say what most people are afraid to say. Whenever I read someone defending shelf clearing with the “We donate to charity speech”…I believe 75% of you are LYING!

Not accusing anyone here personally…just felt like stating it.

          • sue says:

LOL Nice Job Laura..and youre right..I was trying to be “nice”.

My last words for Cassie,Madeline and anyone else who thinks that what they do is acceptable: You are nothing but vultures. Yes, times are tough and there are people that can barely afford to put good food on the table, so they coupon..and because of YOU, its even harder when they cant find the products they need. And then you want to claim to be “CHARITABLE”. Save your sermons ladies. You give RESPONSIBLE, RESPECTFUL couponers a bad reputation.

Not to mention that this deal is a total loss for Publix, since the FREE Q is a Publix Q. I may get two, but I’m not going to shaft Publix for what was probably an oversight on their part.

      • Crystal H. says:

Like I said above…nobody should judge people for how many items they buy. You never know other people’s situations or family size. Maybe they have a few kids that eat a lot. Maybe the adults and children take one to work/school every morning for breakfast. Maybe 40 boxes might only last them a few months. And, think about this…when people get 40 boxes, maybe there was like 200-300 items on the shelf, so this one person may not have cleared the shelf. Or maybe this person went to 3 different stores on their way to or from work and got some from each store. Or, think about this….maybe the shelf is cleared because there were 20-25 people that came in on the first day of the sale and each bought 6-12 boxes (which could be possible). You never know the situation. Couponing teachers always tell you to buy enough to last you until the next sale so that is what we all do (I would hope so because that is smart money management). Just remember that if there aren’t any items on your shelf, you can get a raincheck for 10 items! That’s the amazing thing about Publix is you CAN still get this amazing deal when they restock the shelf!!!!!!

        • sue says:

If you NEED that many..PRE-ORDER them rather than clearing the shelf by getting 40 boxes…If you have time (which Cassie and Madeline suggest) to call the store, then you have time to go and pre order…that way you get what you want and you leave product on the shelf for others…AND as a side note: I would LOVE to know what Publix you shop at where they have 200-300 BOGO items available on the shelves.

    • Chris says:

There’s nothing wrong with stockpiling on the LAST DAY of the sale, because if you don’t take advantage of it nobody will. But it’s horrible that I’ve been to 3 different stores just so I can buy a couple boxes and have 0 in stock because of people like you. Especially since this is only a 2 day sale

      • Madeline says:

That’s why I called up four stores, and luckily one of them was stocked up. Maybe next time you should call before heading out, especially since this is a 2-day sale.

      • sue says:

And I understand why when I get to the register the other customers give me dirty looks…it only takes a couple of people to ruin a good thing.

Went just now to find the flyer…didn’t really know what I was looking for. Employees had no idea what I was talking about. :(

    • Crystal H. says:

It’s the “Yellow Advantage Flyer” (that isn’t exactly yellow anymore) that is in the rack with the weekly flyer at the front of the store. It’s good January 26-February 15 and it has “Big Game Savings” written on the top of the front cover.

  53. elina says:

Thank. You. I. Got a total of 22. The store had plenty. My church is going to be thrilled. A question though. On the package it had 1 dollar off fruit. Can I cut the coupons out and bring receipt in to use.

    • Rebekah says:

If you haven’t already used a manufacturer coupon on the Nutri-Grain bars, there’s no reason why you can’t use those.

  54. deannes says:

I special ordered on monday, truck came in yesterday. Got 48 free.used 24 p b1g1, 8 $1/3 IP, 12 .70 ip, bought meat to eat the overage!! Happy camper!

  55. Rebekah says:

Okay, guys: First of all, RAIN CHECKS ARE YOUR FRIENDS! This is how I avoid the majority of not-in-stock frustration. It is Publix policy to allow expired coupons with a rain check, so just very calmly approach a Customer Service employee and get your rain check. You can even visit the CS desk multiple times in a few days to get multiple rain checks if you’re one of those despised ‘shelf-clearers’. :)

Second of all, the comments about how shelf-clearers should order additional cartons of products can definitely be taken with a grain of salt. After all, even the people who only intend to buy a couple deals’ worth of items can ensure they get their deal by pre-ordering. And, I have spoken with many a Publix employee who told me, “The warehouses don’t have them in stock; they won’t be back on shelves for at least a week.” This is not a problem that pre-ordering can possibly solve.

Third and last of all: Publix is perfectly well aware of the sales coinciding with Publix in-flyer coupons. I spoke with a representative over the phone who informed me that they frequently time their sales so as to generate interest from couponers. Check out the public results of 2012 sales and net earnings here: http://bit.ly/151OGF2

Publix is doing well. Keep it up, couponers!
