Amanda over at A Few Short Cuts has a great treat as her “Snack”urday treat – Cheesecake Stuffed Chocolate Covered Strawberries.
I am pretty sure they may be the perfect dessert. I love a chocolate covered strawberry. Now, stuff them with cheesecake and you are entering a whole other level of deliciousness!
It’s probably a good thing that I don’t have any strawberries right now

My daughter made these but her recipe didn’t call for chocolate, instead you dip the top into graham cracker crumbs. They were a hit!!
