How about a yummy muffin recipe to start your morning off? Amanda over at A Few Short Cuts has a fruit muffin recipe that sounds delicious.
I love baked goods that include fruit. Muffins with fruit are always so moist. My favorite is a peach muffin but looking at that picture, I might be persuaded to give her Strawberry Kiwi Muffins a go!

Best. muffins. EVER!! I told you I was going to try them today. They were just out of the oven when my high school daughter got home from school. We each ate one and talked about how WONDERFUL they were … and then we shared another one! Thanks for sharing this recipe.
We love peach muffins, too! My son fell in love with them after having them at Po Folks restaurant when his girlfriend worked there. He would go in just about every day and order some.
I googled their recipe and found a CopyCat version…they were yummy!! (similar to the recipe Michelle posted) I havnt made them in awhile so I am glad this was posted…it’s a great reminder to make more.
