Susan over at Our Family Eats has a fantastic recipe for us this week – Sausage and Potato Stew.
This really does look perfect for a cold winter’s night…warm and comforting. Plus I know my guys will like it!
The best part about this recipe is that I almost always have all the ingredients on hand in my pantry and my freezer. All I will need is a leek to show up in my weekly produce box and this yummy-looking stew will be hitting my table!

Made this tonight. Didn’t have the leeks but this is very hearty and flavorful. YUM!
