Hunt’s Pasta Sauce Only 50¢ At Publix

Amy emailed with a great deal on Hunt’s Pasta Sauce.
The cans are 10/$10 right now at Publix and she found a blinkie machine for $1/2 Hunt’s Pasta Sauce at the shelf. Use the coupon and get each can for only 50¢.
I have never tried these but I bet they would be great to use to throw together a quick and easy casserole or baked pasta dish! If anyone has a favorite or want to give a recommendation, let us know in the comments.

They’re actually a pretty good pasta sauce. I like the Four Cheese – it’s nice and thick and has a good flavor. Traditional flavor is good, too. For the price, they’re a nice deal.
These are great for the price! Like Susan said the 4 cheese is good!!
I also love the four cheese! Before we started couponing, my fiance and I would buy these exclusively, because of the price and the quality. They’re a simple but nice and thick pasta sauce, especially perfect if (like my fiance) you like to add a bit of your own things into your sauces for pasta and such. I’m gonna grab a bunch of these and stock up

A little off topic but the Red Gold Tomatoes blinkie (expires in April) was 1 foot away from the Hunt’s blinkie – LOL.
I’ve tried the Italian Sausage, Garlic and Herb and also the Traditional. They all to me are good and I’m a picky eater.
They are the best. My Italian friend turned me on to them and they are almost as good as her sauce!
I like the sauces a lot. If they drop on the ground, they don’t shatter like the glass jars! Plus, I think most of them have no added sugar or high fructose corn syrup in them.
Ther is alslo a 35/1 Q on the inside of banquet meals that makes them 30 cents! I have a ton of these and they are great when you dress them up a bit with your own spices.
My husband doesnt like veggies or chunks- so this is the only kind he will eat. I only buy the 4 cheese:)
We normally buy Hunts or Ragu pasta sauce. The Hunts actually tastes quite good. Most would think it is an inferior pasta sauce due to the price. They are wrong. Even without the coupon, $1 for Hunts pasta sauce is great and it even tastes great. I just bought some last night because I found the blinkie. That makes it even better. When they are not on sale at Publix for $1, I can ofter find Hunt’s for $1 at Dollar General.
I think they are really good.
Does anyone know if these are 10/$10 on the sale that ends Wednesday or the one that starts Thursday?

Since these are in cans instead of jars they would be great for donating. At one of my local Publix stores they have a barrel up front for donations to Second Harvest. Jars would be sure to get broken in there. Great to hear that it is tasty too — I will have to keep some for us!
I use this as a base for my homeade spaghetti sauce and it is great. 10/10 is a usual sale price so I am excited to see if I can find the blinkie! Great deal for a great sauce!
For anyone who has not tried the Hunt’s pasta sauce I am recommending that you do. My favorite one is the one with mushrooms.
