Boston Cream Poke Cake – “Snack”urday Treat

Amanda over at A Few Short Cuts has a great treat for us today – Boston Cream Poke Cake.
Poke cakes are so easy and such a nice variation on the typical boxed cake. I haven’t made one in so long and I bet my guys would be happy for me to bake something up today. I might have to go check my pantry to see if I have any vanilla pudding.
I think I would have to take the couple of minutes to whip up a standard Boston Cream Pie Glaze though…it’s my favorite part about the traditional recipe – tee hee!

Made it today was delicious! I didn’t add the frosting and it was still great!
